Policies
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

Cousin get away trip
The place was spotless overall a good space for exactly what we needed. Chris was very easy to communicate with. Centrally located. However, if you want to go to the beach it is a walk. Overall wonderful experience and would totally stay there again!

Great home for a vacation getaway
The neighborhood is pleasant and the neighbors friendly & helpful. We loved the fact that it was a single-family building - no worries about others on floors above/below on different schedules! The home is on the 2nd floor over a huge garage (can easily fit 2 minivans inside). It is furnished with a modern beach vibe. Nice, clean, and bright inside, the open concept kitchen/living room/dining area were a main gathering area. The front deck is spacious with plenty of seating for 9 people with a great view for the fireworks during the Country Music Festival and just a nice relaxing space any time day or night. The owners provided a couple of really nice touches: A new gas grill with WONDERFUL cooking utensils, a wagon & beach chairs/toys, and an outdoor shower for after beach cleanup. It's always fun going to the beach, but if you're carrying a lot a wagon is a huge help. Being able to wash off your feet/sandals/etc before going into the house really helps keep things inside neat.
The property is located ~3 blocks from the boardwalk/beach. Close enough to walk, far enough away so that the boardwalk doesn't intrude at night. It's also right near Park Blvd with quick access to grocery/drug stores and other businesses.
Chris was helpful & responsive before and during our stay.
Overall this was a very enjoyable experience for our first stay at Wildwood proper (as opposed to Wildwood Crest.) I certainly recommend this property for others looking for a similar vacation experience.

Excellent
This house is new, beautiful, spacious. We had 4 adults and two children (3yo & 4yo) stay and it was comfortable with enough room for us to space out. Hung out on the front porch a lot. Good location and parking pass included if preferred to drive closer to the beach. We walked and it wasn’t awful but we had a cart for our beach stuff and we were lucky to have breezy days for the couple blocks walk. Owner has some beach toys that we didn’t use but we’re welcome to, a little tykes wagon, and a chair. All kitchen supplies in house. Owner is prompt to returning texts/calls. Would stay again if we return to this area.

House was clean, lots of extras (stuff for the beach, cooking, grill, parking pass).
House was clean, landlord had great communication and very friendly, decor fresh and up to date, lots of extras, quiet clean neighborhood in walking distance to a lot of attractions. Highly recommended, would rent from again.

Great girls weekend
The house was very clean, spacious, and well furnished. We had great time. It was located in a quiet part of the neighborhood and there was plenty of parking. Would definitely recommend!
