Come and enjoy this beautiful CLEAN well built home at the Jersey shore. The pictures will speak for themselves and some. Our lovely home is conveniently located at Pacific and Lavender which is just 3 short blocks to the beach and boardwalk. Wildwood Crest boasts one of the top U.S. beaches where you can enjoy a fun filled family vacation. Their is so much to do here. There are rides, golf, fishing , restaurants, shops, crabbing, boating, a fun filled oasis for all, and much much more. In the summer , we rent weekly from saturday to saturday, May through September. . Besides this summer, you can also reserve next year NOW for a deposit of $500.00... WE DO NOT RENT TO: GROUPS , SHOWS, ORGANIZATIONS, PARTIES i.e. SENIOR WEEK, etc...or people under the age of 25. A Security Deposit will be added to our rates. The Security Deposit will be returned 14 days after checkout. We do not rent partial weeks or weekends. NO EXCEPTIONS. Check-in ( 4:00 pm) and Check-out (11:00 am) is on Saturdays only. No groups, must be 25 years or older to rent. Thank you for considering my listing. Property details are listed below. It includes 2 zone central air, several wide screen TV's, stainless steel appliances, 2 balconies, a deck, off street parking, beautiful covered patio with BB grill, off street parking in front of the one car garage, so much more, in one of the most desirable sections of Wildwood Crest. You will be close to everything the area has to offer, yet experience the calm and peace this house emulates .. Not only is the Home well built, the decor will just make you smile . It is designed with comfort and style. The side entrance boasts a few steps to get you in the door. There is the sunny patio door reflecting on the big wooden round table that seats 6 with 4 more stools around the counter. Plenty more seating in the living area with the big screen TV. Their is a powder room on the first floor too... Imagine taking grandmom and grandpop with you, they can sleep in the first floor bedroom which has its own bathroom, queen size bed and their very own balcony. Seriously they will love this. There are so many wonderful places to eat too.. There is a bakery just around the corner and a couple blocks away is the Jelly fish cafe, our favorite breakfast spot.. Just thinking about this makes me hungry! You will have plenty of seating for your whole family too. Upstairs is the Master bedroom with private large shower with dual showerheads, lg closet, nice balcony for catching that ocean breeze. Next is the laundry room, Hall bath with tub/shower.Directly adjacent to that, you will see the other living area upstairs which also has a wide screen Tv just like the downstairs living area. Their is a sectional which also has a queen sleeper bed . There are another 2 bedrooms upstairs. One has another Queen bed with its own bath/shower/tub. The other bedroom has 2 full beds.. With 4 1/2 bathrooms their will be no waiting! All the mattresses are memory foam and oh so comfy. Unique to Lavender rd. is the combination bonus family room/ bedroom. Every shore house needs one but doesn't always have. Ever have that rainy day- when everyone is trapped inside!? Well, no longer worry because the kids can go to that OPEN FLOOR PLAN Family room/5th bdr./sleeping quarters and hangout, watch movies, play games, while the adults are in the other living room , kid free, enjoying the elegance of the main floor. The outside patio has a table seating for about 8. Extra seating is also provided. It has a nice size yard for basking in the sun or just relaxing on the lounge chairs. The outside covered shower is nice too. We are proud to offer our home for rent and we love getting complements about how nicely decorated it is and how conveniently located it is! We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

Great time in the Crest

Great vacation experience! Beautiful home!
Our stay in this home was absolutely wonderful! The house is beautiful and amazingly maintained. From the overall décor to the small touches the home is welcoming and comfortable. Lisa and Angelo were extremely friendly and easy to work with.
Excellent location…close enough to the beach and boardwalk for a very easy walk yet far enough away to provide a quite environment. Our family loved this home, we can’t wait to rent it again next year!

Amazing home!!!!
The home was perfect. From day 1 it was like we were home again..just far enough from the beach that you're not surrounded by hotels but close enough to walk.. everything looks brand new and incredibly clean. We loved it!!!

Beautiful Home and a wonderful experience in the Crest
When veiwing this home I knew that I selected a spectacular space for our entire family of 12 to enjoy a beach adventure. The added bonus for us was dealing with owners that put every detail needed into making our vacation smooth sailing. Lisa was very responsive to my every question and concern. She provides a home that was beautifully decorated, but also felt like home for our week stay. The owners supplied coupons and lots of places of interest to visit. This being our first trip to the area made it very easy everyday in deciding how to keep 5 kids of various age groups busy and happy. The home also included beach chairs,umbrellas, and beach buggy, which helped us pack a little lighter. The outside patio with grill was one of our favorite areas. The canopy provided shade from the heat, and also a place for us to be all together to relax in the evening. Our overall experience was 6 star worthy. Thank you for a wonderful time in this gorgeous( large) 4 bedroom home. Next time we book for this area there is nowhere else I'd rather stay❤️

Awesome rental!
We have rented this house for the past 2 seasons and both stays have been absolutely wonderful. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms, along with the general layout of the floorpan, have made it convenient and comfortable for all 14 of us (3 families). The house is well appointed, immaculately maintained and quite welcoming. The highlight for us has been the kitchen/ living room area as it is conducive to conversation and catching up while cooking, eating, or just relaxing. If you need fresh air but don’t want to walk to the beach the backyard is a perfect place to kick back and possibly enjoy an evening beverage!
The beach is a short walk away and the beginning of the boardwalk at the convention center is not much farther. The owners are a joy to deal with and they truly want you to enjoy their home. This is the kind of vacation home you will want to return to year after year. And there is a true bonus right around the corner: Britton’s Gourmet Bakery!
