Policies
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

Beautiful Condo !
My family and I, 5 altogether, had more than enough room in this spacious condo. Very clean and pictures are right on. I can't thank Dave and Karen enough for the ease of booking and the opportunity to stay here. Location was great and storage room was nice to have for all of our beach gear. I would highly recommend this property and would look at it again in the future. :)

Condo was clean, comfortable and close to everything.
Stayed in Wildwood while attending a family wedding in Stone Harbor. Rented this condo for three nights. The condo was very clean and decorated in beach motif. It had all the amenities we needed, all we had to bring were linens and personal items. It is close to everything you could want. While we didn’t spend any time at the beach, we did snoop in the beach closet and it was loaded with a beach cart, chairs, boogie boards, etc. Not sure if I’ll ever have the occasion to go back to Wildwood but if I do, I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this unit again. I loved it!!

Very welcoming and clean
This place had everything we needed. It was welcoming, clean, perfect location and great rooftop views! Owners are extremely easy to deal with and very helpful with questions. Highly recommend staying here!!!

Beautiful Home, Great Location
My family enjoyed our stay at your beach home. Location was ideal to beach and boardwalk. Your home is beautifully decorated and extremely clean. It was so nice of you to have a storage room filled with beach chairs, boogie boards, pails, shovels and a beach cart. We enjoyed using the outdoor BBQ for dinner. It was a great space with 3 bedrooms and a full kitchen with everything you needed. It had a nice size living area with a large screen TV. The owner was great to deal with and made the process perfect from beginning to end. We would happily stay here again.

Very nice condo, well kept, comfortable.
We enjoyed our stay in your beach home! I am so used to bringing everything, not just sheets and towels, so I already had all the things you provide, but nice to know little things there if forgotten, i.e. napkins, toilet paper etc. I had my beach cart and chairs but your storage room is full of those items too. Very nice to have the WAWA so close, and to attend a funeral, my daughter's boyfriend found a barber close by, the bars are conveniently right up the street in walking distance (no driving if want stay local) and the neighborhood still quiet! Karen responded to texts right away. A biggie--it was great to have a garage that held 3 cars!! Also I am used to THREE flights of steps, this was nice with just Two! Thanks for hospitality and we hope to return again.

Everything was nicely decorated and very close location to the boardwalk and beach. Me and my girlfriends felt right at home!

It felt like home.
My family and I enjoyed our stay. We were there for The Race of Gentleman and had a wonderful time. It was clean, well-maintained, and felt like home. The home had all the amenities that we needed and more. It was close to the beach. It was nice that we could walk to everything. Karen was there when I called and needed her help. My family and I would stay there again and would recommend this condo to others.
