For rent is a 1100 square foot home apartment nicely furnished on the Bay of Sunset Lake. Spectacular views of the Bay from your kitchen dining area or outside dock patio dining/lounge area. The Summer House, 5704 Lake Road, is on the Bay of Sunset Lake. Bird watching, kayaking, swimming, canoeing, paddle boarding, water activities are within a few feet. Access to the water is via the water front dock, pier and floating dock. 5704 Lake Road is clean, comfortable and fully equipped. Simply decorated to give an 'at home' feeling that matches the feel of a beach house, not a hotel room. You are within a short casual 15 minute walk to the ocean beach and boardwalk.

5704 Lake Road has 3 bedrooms. Bedrooms have queen size beds. One full bathroom, living room, dining room and kitchen.

Beach access is free, beach tags are not required at Wildwood Crest Beaches.
Linens, blankets and towels are not provided.
Rental is dog friendly for a friendly dog less than 15 pounds. For a larger dog your dog must be passive, quiet and friendly. Please contact me via phone to discuss your dog prior to bringing your dog.

This property is fantastic! The bay is your backyard, the sunsets are spectacular and the owner is accommodating and friendly. Bring your crab traps!
