100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date. 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
The balance of the rent is due 60 days prior to the start of the vacation dates.

The property was gorgeous!Great location close to the beach and boardwalk but the street was quiet.
The condo was perfect. Enough room for our family of 7 to be able to enjoy time together and also be able to have our space to have some quiet time. We loved the huge balcony and the big kitchen table that fit us all comfortably. The pictures don’t do justice for how beautiful the condo is. The kitchen had everything we needed to be able to cook dinners at home. Mike was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. We truly enjoyed being about to rent the condo.

Great Summer Vacation
The property was very clean.
Great location to the broadwalk and beach.
Very quiet cause its a block off the boardwalk.

Our family enjoyed this beautifully decorated condo. The rooms are much more spacious then appear on the photos. The location of the property is convenient to all activities for any age group. The elevator is an added plus when you are staying for a week. The people we met during our stay were friendly and helpful. The boardwalk, beach, stores, restaurants, bike rentals etc. are in close walking distance. Would recommend to everyone!!!

Spacious Condo within walking distance to EVERYTHING!
2 families (9 people) have been staying here for the last 5 years. Clean and spacious. Pictures dont do it justice. Beach all day, back to the heated pool then elevator to your room. Walk to boardwalk, bakery, ice cream and the best restaurant is next door. Cars are in a garage (not on the street). Storage closet has everything you would need for the beach (in case you forget something) includiing a beach buggy to carry everthing. I will be staying here anytime I come to NJ.

Family Vacation
We stayed at Sharon's condo the week of June 30th. It was wonderful. It was our family -- 2 adults and 3 young kids and my brother and sister-in-law and their young son. The condo was clean and comfortable and very spacious. There was more than enough room for all of us. Sharon was great to work with. She's very attentive and professional. I received my security deposit within days of returning home. The condo itself is in one of the best locations in the Crest. A block and half from everything. We parked the car and walked the entire week. The pool is quiet and very nice. Our kids loved it and it was a very relaxing vacation for the adults. We would definitely rent from Sharon again.

Beautiful Condo & Comfortable Stay!
We really enjoyed our stay here! It was in a great spot being a block from the beach and close to the beginning of the boardwalk. It was nice having the option of using the elevator and a covered parking spot. The owner made everything comfortable and even had local take out menus in the condo! The place was even nicer in person vs the pictures! A very nice experience! :)

GREAT VACATION
For anyone with a family with children, this is a perfect vacation place. Located a block from the beach and walking distance to restaurants, boardwalk and stores. Condo was neat and clean and roomy! I had a wonderful time! Thank you Sharon! I will be back next year, but this time I will stay longer than a week.I am so glad I know now where to go and who to call!

WONDERFUL OWNER
Thanks to our crazy schedule - we were not able to take advantage of this beautiful condo however I have used this site to find vacation homes for a long time and I have to say that "Sharon" has been one of the most pleasant, kind and nicest people I have dealt with. I cannot wait to stay here next year.
Very familiar with WWC and this is one of the BEST located condos!
