This 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home is located in the best part of town; only 3 blocks to the beach and 1 block to the bay!SATURDAY to SATURDAY ONLY in summer months!! Must be 25 or older to rent with us!!! No college/high school groups.Lots of living space in this modern, tastefully decorated, family beach home. Quiet reading nook situated at the front of house with lots of sun and a great breeze coming through the front door. Powder room located on the first floor. Large, open floor plan with living room, dining area, bar, and kitchen. Living room boasts a 55 inch flat screen smart TV, fireplace, and oversized sectional sofa. Between the high-top & kids table and bar area there is seating for 12 to dine comfortably, and you will find everything you need in the well-appointed kitchen to make a full meal. Rear access to beautiful backyard garden and patio with table, chairs, and umbrellas for easy dining al fresco. You will also find an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand after a day at the beach. The yard is fenced in, so you won't have to worry about your little ones! Guests have full access to property, except garage! Host is available throughout your stay, but not staying on the property. The Wildwood Crest is a very family friendly area, and this home is situated on a quiet block. You are close enough to the fun and famous Wildwood boardwalk, but far enough to enjoy the quiet sounds of the ocean. A large beach means you can spread out and never feel crowded, and there are NO beachtags needed at the Crest! Only 1 block walk to the bay & Lakeview Docks where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore. Only a short drive away, enjoy all that nearby Cape May has to offer with amazing restaurants, shops, ferry, whale watching, zoo, lighthouse, brewing company, and more. Driveway, and plenty of street parking available. Bring your bikes, or rent some for the week! Walk to the beach and the bay with ease! Summer rentals: SATURDAY CHECK IN/OUT ONLY in summer months. No weekend rentals in high season. Also, this is a family rental. Adults over 25 and families only please.

Angela's place was absolutely fantastic! It was a perfect for a beach weekend and family getaway. It is close to the beach, boardwalk, water parks, restaurants and pretty much everything you want. Angela was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended!

Angela was a great host—quick to respond to inquiries. The house location, interiors, and amenities were very good. The proximity to the beach is just right in a quiet neighborhood. If I had any wishes for this property it would be for sheets and (bath and/or beach) towels.

Angela’s home was very comfortable and a great place to hang out in after a busy day at the beach. She was a pleasure to deal with and responded to any questions promptly. I’d definitely recommend her place to others.

Angela’s place is perfect for a group spending time together. There’s enough space to hang out as a group or to sit quietly on your own. It is located nicely for a short walk to the bay side to watch amazing sunsets or to the Oceanside to see a sunrise. Her yard is homey, where she has a patio table and a grill for a cook out. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking- in.
We had one issue when we checked in, however Angela responded quickly which was very much appreciated.
We had a wonderful vacation and would return here.

The pictures do not do this house any justice!! It’s better in person. The house was stylish and homey. There was more than enough space for everyone to sleep, eat, and hangout. We only had one question for Angela to which she replied very quickly. The neighbors were also friendly.
