Great for a family or extended family. Close to everything and walking distance back and forth between beach and unit. The oversized double deck allows for people to watch. Two sets of bunk beds make some of the beds suitable only for children with age restrictions on the top bunks. There are two sets of steps to get to the unit.
We stayed at Dave and Terri’s condo (2504 Surf Ave unit 100) during the last week of September. Yes, it is considered the off season but there is still PLENTY to do and even more enjoyable if you ask me! No crowds. No waits. Super quiet and calm. We are a relatively large family with 4 kids ranging in age from 7 years old to 2 months old and there was still so much for them to do! They were never bored. Our first full day here, Tuesday (we didn’t get in until late Monday), we explored the boardwalk and found plenty of stores and places to eat to be open. Even Including Mr. SOFTEE! We even had ice cream for brunch. I mean it’s vacation right? We lounged by the ocean in some Adirondack chairs conveniently placed on the boardwalk and checked out some of the photo-op spots along the way. After going back to the Condo for nap time, we again returned to the boardwalk but this time on our bikes. It was open and very enjoyable to ride since there weren’t people everywhere to get in the way. We finished our night off with funnel cakes that were very tasty and a walk around the block. Wednesday we explored the Cape May zoo which is FREE and only 17 minutes away from the Condo. After the zoo we returned to the boardwalk again on our bikes and our big kids practiced riding their 2 wheelers on the Seaport Pier since it was wide open! We got dinner at Franconi’s on the boardwalk which I 10/10 recommend. We ate there a few times throughout the week for lunch and dinner! We finished the night off at the Gateway 26 arcade which is located on the boardwalk right at the end of 26th street! The kids had a blast and the giant hungry hungry hippos game was a favorite. Thursday we started our day on the beach playing in the sand. My kids loved putting their feet in the water, building sand castles and collecting shells. We even found some cool ocean creatures to investigate. Terri and Dave had everything we needed for the beach: umbrella, chairs, sand toys, cooler, beach cart and more. Even down to a wagon to pull our toddler and the sand toys in! After naps we returned to the boardwalk for another bike ride and some ice cream again. While we found Mr. Softee to be closed later in the day, Kohl’s Bros was now open a little farther down. Unfortunately, starting on Friday, Hurricane Ian hit Florida and the storms that came with it began to hit there but we still found plenty of things to do. We started off with a Surrey ride on the boardwalk before the storms and winds rolled in. We checked out the famous Wildwood sign and took plenty of pictures. After that we ate lunch on the boardwalk again at Franconi’s. That afternoon we checked out Dragon’s Liar Mini-golf since the rain started to pick up. It was glow in the dark and reasonably priced. The kids enjoyed it a lot. We did a little shopping at surrounding stores since many had canopies to keep us dry. We stopped at It Sugar to get some candy for our movie night we planned back at the Condo. Terri and Dave have lots of DVDs and Comcast cable which has lots of free kids movies. Saturday was a bit worse weather wise than Friday so we checked out the Seaport aquarium which didn’t disappoint! While it is small the kids LOVED all the touch pools and how close they could get to see all the fish and animals. After lunch we headed to Island Bowl on New Jersey Ave. We greatly enjoyed that as well and look forward to going back! We finished our night off with a trip back to Mr. Softee which appears to be open on the weekends at night! Sunday, our final day, was a TOTAL wash out but that still didn’t stop the kids from having fun. After helping pack up they headed to the Gateway 26 arcade before we headed home. Terri and Dave’s condo is super conveniently located to all things to help entertain your kids, big and little EVEN during the off season! There are actually things we didn’t get to that we wanted to do including the indoor water park, crabbing (Terri and Dave provide a crab trap even!) and the Rides at Morey’s Pier which are normally open on the weekend during the off season but unfortunately were not due to the weather. The condo is impeccably maintained, sparkling clean and spacious (even for our large family!) We look forward to returning again soon!

Thank you so much for choosing our home for your vacation! It sounds like you were very busy during your week's vacation. We would love to host your family again.
We had the opportunity to stay at Dawn and Terri’s place over Mother’s Day weekend. We usually stay further off the beaten path, but wanted to try somewhere close the the action. The condo was decorated beautifully and had more than enough room for my family. A short walk to the boardwalk was great instead of finding a parking space. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone.

Wonderful condo!! Awesome location!! Owners are caring not only about their property but also their renters!! This condo is a perfect get away location for a family looking for it ALL. You are close to all the action on the boardwalk (fun, food and games), easy walk to the ocean via the amusement pier, great deck for relaxing and enjoying the fireworks and don't forget about the pool. Certainly recommend any property by these owners! Thank you!

We had a wonderful week staying in this beautiful condo. It was really perfect. The space was just right for our family, which included at one point, 6 adults and 4 children ranging in age from 8 to a one year old. The kids had plenty of room to spread out and loved playing many of the games found in the condo closet. The condo was spotless with everything you would need, including a high chair, for an enjoyable family week at the beach. The location was the BEST. We loved being able to walk one block and be right there at the beach and boardwalk. And the balcony was large enough for all of us to relax on at night after a full day . We had the perfect vacation! Thanks Terri and Dave.

This was our 2nd consecutive year staying at this property and this time the weather cooperated. The property was clean. Everything we needed was within 5 minutes on the boardwalk. You cant beat Sam's Pizza. I cant wait to comeback next year.

I cannot thank Dave and Teresa enough for their hospitality. We came down to Wildwoods for the Summer Soccer Beach Blast and was looking for a place close to the boardwalk. Upon arrival, we were greeted to a clean residence with everything at our finger tips. Although Saturday's weather was rainy and windy at times, the kids found plenty of games in the closet to play with. We tried Munchies Pizza located just a few steps from our front door but we preferred Sam's Pizza up on the boardwalk. We appreciated the quick response by Teresa whenever we had a question or concern. I am looking forward to renting again next year and would recommend anyone else looking to stay at Wildwoods to check out this property.

This condo is beautiful! The location is excellent being so close to the beach and boardwalk. The spacious layout was great for sharing with other families. The owners were so accomodating and available for any questions that we had while we were there. I would definitely rent here again!!

We just returned from a spectacular week in North Wildwood! This was our first time renting this condo and we could not have been more pleased!! We were a little apprehensive about renting the condo on line without actually seeing it -based soley on the pictures and description. We wanted it to be spacious enough, so that we didn't feel like we were on top of each other and also closely located to the piers and beach. When we walked in the door, we were instantly relieved and thrilled. There were no disappointments. The condo was very clean, bright, nicely decorated and the perfect size for our family of 7. The kids even noticed/remarked how nice everything was and loved "their" rooms. The location is the best! It's only one block to the boardwalk and beach. When you step up on the boardwalk, you are situated right in front of the very first pier. It was the perfect location for us as the kids like to spend most of the time on the beach and boardwalk - going on rides and playing in the water parks. It was a great time for all and we highly recommend this condo to others. It was the perfect home away from home. Thank you!!!

This was our 3rd year renting and we cannot say enough nice things about it. The condo is amazing, spacious, clean, comfortable and close to everything!! Love the new floors!!! The boards, pool, beach and bike rental were steps away! Highly recommend fasination game at the arcade for hours of family fun for all ages. Great restaurants within walking distance, Munchies, Tucker's and Schellengers. Again Terri and Dave thank you - see you next year !
