Come and enjoy our bright and spacious 5 bedroom 3.5 bath townhouse on the beach block in North Wildwood. (No pets of any kind. Sorry!) A perfect location for families just a few short steps from the beach and boardwalk. This is an exceptionally furnished unit with all the amenities you need to relax and enjoy a worry free Wildwood vacation. Our address is 429 East 25th Avenue (Unit #103), North Wildwood. The townhouse has 3 levels with a private bedroom and full bath on the first level, another bedroom on the second level and 3 bedrooms on the third floor. Take in the fun and sun from our spacious and furnished deck. With over 2600 square feet of open interior space to spread out in, the unit is the perfect spot for large families or two smaller ones. Each bedroom is laid out to offer comfortable bedding, cable TV, and plenty of privacy for those who desire it. There is one King bed 2 queen beds, two single beds, a double bed, and 2 Queen sleeper sofa that sleep two. The unit sleeps 10-12 comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped just like home. There is off street parking for two cars including an enclosed garage. So come enjoy our townhouse and make yourself at home in the midst of everything you come to the beach for. The beach, the boardwalk, and all the fun that comes with it are right at your doorstep. What are you waiting for, available weeks will go fast. Contact us now to reserve our home for a week or longer if you desire. Please note our home is available to families and individuals over the age of 25. No Proms or Senior weeks. No pets. Between Memorial day and Labor day rentals are by the week only. Two day (minimum) rentals are offered outside of the Summer rental season.

Policies
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

Exceeded expectations
The place was great—the pictures don’t do it justice. The main living area was bright and comfortable with plenty of space for our 4 families (9 residents plus 2 grandparents who joined us for meals.) The bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen was well-appointed (though new pots & pans might be in order for next year), and lots of beach chairs, toys, etc were available in the garage (we brought our own.) My only petty complaint is that the bed descriptions were not accurate. We were pleasantly surprised that the master bedroom had a king bed—but I would have liked to know to bring those sheets, we had to make a late night run to buy king sheets. Still, it was worth it—the bed was very comfy.
The house is right next to the boardwalk and walkable to almost anything. And between the garage and driveway there is room for two cars—which is nice, you don’t want to deal with street parking there.

WONDERFUL FAMILY VACATION!
Our whole family stayed here...8 adults, 3 teenagers, and a baby...and everyone loved it! We all had room to spread out on the 3 levels of the townhouse, so no one was cramped. All the family wants to return again! Location can't be beat... just steps to the boardwalk and beach...it was great! Everyone could do their own thing whenever they wanted...be it a walk on the boardwalk, a stroll on the beach, or enjoying a delicious meal. We didn't have to drive anywhere all weekend! The owner is so nice to work with...he responded quickly and answered all my many questions...as this was my first Homeaway experience. John sets a high standard for all other Homeaway properties. Want a wonderful family vacation, this one can't be beat!

A great place to rest and play!
We loved this home! It is huge, and accommodated our large family including 5 kids under 5 well! Lenny of room to spread out. The furnishings are nice and kitchen very well stocked! Nights on the spacious balcony were enjoyable as well as just a few feet from the boards! Location is excellent and a great place to go on beach too! Not far like other places in WW. The owner is great to work with and attentive. Also left us a few goodies which we greatly enjoyed! Would recommend Beachrest in a heartbeat!

Huge, beautiful and convenient location!
This home is much prettier in person! It is huge and has everything you could want or need! Spent a week here with 5 of our kids and their families and had room for everyone to spread out as well as for the adults to hang out in the spacious deck after the kids went to sleep! There are many upgrades since these pix were taken including a large mounted tv. John the owner was great to deal with and prompt with replys to my inquiries. Would highly recommend this oriperty. Oh... And it's just steps to the boardwalk and moneys pier! The beach is shorter here too! Route 66 diner had great food!!!
