Take the elevator up to this top floor condo with a gorgeous beach and boardwalk view at 19th into this cute contemporary condo with a brand new leather sectional with a queen sleeper to sleep 2. Kitchen has brand new cabinets and new stainless steel appliances and granite counters. All of your kitchen needs including pots and pans, dishes, coffee pot, keurig, waffle maker, crock pot, microwave.
Bedroom has a brand new memory foam queen bed (sleeps 2) and TRIPLE bunk beds to sleep 3. Brand new renovated bathroom is in the hallway. Wi-Fi and a 50 inch tv in the living room with Direct TV and an Xbox 360 and games to Keep the kids occupied after a day at the beach or pool. 32 inch in the bedroom.
We provide 2 beach cruiser bikes, 4 beach chairs and a beach cart and umbrella in our storage closet downstairs. Beach and boardwalk are steps away. No streets to cross!
Spend Friday nights sipping a cocktail outside your door while watching the fireworks. Take a dip in our pool which also includes a baby pool. Grill your lunch or dinner in our barbq grills. Catch the warmth from the hot Sun on the 2nd floor Sun deck.
Park for the week when you get to our building. Not only is the boardwalk within a few feet of our building, we have nearby ice cream, mini golf, convenience store, restaurants. Our location is prime.
Coin operated laundry room on premises.
We do not rent to kids under 25 or prom groups or any groups under 25. Do not even ask.

We provide a mix of beds to sleep up to 7. We provide an xbox 360 and games for the kids. We provide 4 beach chairs and a beach cart wirh a cooler and umbrella in our own private storage closet. Our kitchen offers all of the amenities -- keurig, coffee pot, waffle iron, toaster, blender, dishes for 12 and silverware. We provide an iron and Direct tv and free wifi.

The place was beautiful and well kept. Great location. Owner was extremely accommodating with an early check in and late checkout. Easy to reach and very personable. Will definitley stay again.

A little slice of heaven
This is our second time staying at the Mali Kai and our first time staying in this condo. It was a great experience. The owner Bernadette did a great job with the layout, furniture, and decor. My kids enjoyed the triple bunk so much they slept in a different level every night. It was very clean upon arrival and the owner even texted me to let me know if was ready earlier then expected. We love how close it is to the beach and boardwalk, it makes it easier with kids. The pool is an amazing bonus and nice way to break up the day. We look forward to booking with Bernadette again.

Great location and a very welcoming and enjoyable condo
Not only was the condo clean and modern, but it was thoughtfully decorated and stocked with just about everything a family could need for a week at the beach! The owner proactively communicated with us before and during our stay to make sure everything was perfect! Very short walk to the beach and boards and awesome views right from the doorstep.

Great location, beautiful, clean and comfy condo!
What a great get away! Perfect spot, beautifully decorated and super clean! Have stayed at different rentals for over 30 years at the Jersey Shore this was one of my family’s favorite. Can’t wait to stay again.

GREAT Condo at the PERFECT location!
Bernadette's North Wildwood Condo exceeded all of our family's expectations. It looked exactly like in the pictures. It was updated, beautifully decorated, and clean. My daughter called it "the Princess Castle" and asked if we could move there. We have three children, so the triple bunk beds were perfect. The queen sized bed my husband and I used was both soft and comfortable. It felt very homey, which I liked. The location was perfect. Right at the beginning of the boardwalk, so you could walk to the end and back. I also love that it is located towards the shorter end of the beach. Less complaining from my kids lol. As for the condo pool, it was clean and never overcrowded. Perfect way to end a beach day before hitting the boardwalk. Bernadette was also very helpful throughout our trip. Checking to make sure we enjoyed our stay and to see if everything was going well. I definitely recommend this condo to anyone and would book it again.

Well-appointed with great amenities.
My family and I loved this property. The location is ideal, short walk to the beach and boardwalk and being located on the top floor provides the perfect view for Friday night fireworks. My daughter loved the bunk beds and the pool, my wife and I loved the available beach chairs and beach cart. The owner was fantastic to deal with and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend this property and are looking forward to returning in the future.

Cute Condo and Great Location!
The condo has recently been updated and has room to sleep 7. The full sized kitchen with seating area for 4 was perfect for preparing and enjoying meals. My son enjoyed use of the Xbox on a rainy morning and the storage unit with access to beach chairs and an umbrella use was also very nice! Perfect location, right off boardwalk and beach with no streets to cross. Owner is very responsive and property management was friendly and professional. We will definitely stay here again!

Fantasic!!
We had a quick getaway and it was really relaxing. What a sweet place and we just adored it. Such cute touches and shows pride of ownership. There are little details that really make it a very relaxing and comfortable home. Tasteful is a word I would definitely use.
The condo itself is very spacious and accommodating. Pool area is really nice. You can tell it's very well maintained. The elevator was great because the kids have a lot to bring with them, so no stairs to climb. Location and proximity to the boardwalk and beach is just fabulous, We made a good choice coming here. We will be back again!
Cannot wait for Seaport Pier to open just two blocks over. That will be a hidden gem!

Very cute condo and so close to everything
We really had a really nice time staying at this condo. Everything is exactly as described and even more than we expected. Pictures do not do it justice. It's really decorated with such a nice touch, all is new and clean. And, the kids loved those bunkbeds. Never saw triple bunk beds before. Didn't know what to expect. Mattresses very comfy and love the soft leather sofa. Kitchen provides all you need and then some.
It's a great location, and it really is only 5 minutes from walking from the condo to get to the water on the beach. You are not walking for miles like in the Wildwood beach. We loved that bike rentals are right at the top of the boardwalk right there. Plenty of sandwich and pizza places right there to grab a bite. It's also very nice that beach chairs and cart are provided for our use.
Kids got a ton of use out of that pool and thank god it was heated on the cloudy days. We would definitely go back in a heartbeat this summer. Next time we just need to order some sun!

Coastal Chic it is! We were impressed!!!
Wow, we were so pleasantly surprised when we arrived! Bernadette had told us this property was newly purchased and painted and decorated so we were not sure what we would walk into. But, wow! This condo is fantastic! It is very spacious and can fit an entire family with kids. The furnishings are gorgeous and our kids loved the triple bunk beds! What a great idea. Kids played Xbox after the beach or pool (and we needed it because one day was chilly). The pool is heated and the kids had a blast. What a wonderful property that is kept by a great crew. And, it really is just steps away from the boardwalk. Walking back from the beach was literally just 5 minutes. We sat outside at night and had some wine and just took in that breathtaking view. The pictures of the condo, building, everything do not do it justice at all. We cannot wait to come back. What a gem she keeps here. Loved every bit of our weekend here, wish it was longer. Do not pass up time to stay here. It's decorated just beautifully and clean clean clean!!
