The pool is a terrific place to just relax with tables and chairs all around it. Also there are grills for the summer cookouts and an outdoor shower. This has lots of windows so you can smell the ocean. The sun is always shining on your private deck so sit out and catch some rays. After dinner come outside here and enjoy the fireworks and giant Ferris wheel. The master bedroom has its own full bath. The condo has a laundry room with washer and dryer. Huge living room room two chase lounges. Four flat screen tvs, including over sized flat screen in living room. This unit offers two car garage parking. The unit is on a one way street. Free wifi and cable all are just the beginning of the features you will enjoy. Beautiful ocean-view condominium with heated pool only a short block from the boardwalk and wild wood's famous free beaches. This three bedroom condo has sleeps ten. The living room has an h.D. 42inch lcd tv with dvd/vcr, with xbox 360. The master bedrom has a 26inch lcd tv with cable and one bedroom has an lcd tv with cable. The dining table can accomodate 8 guests for meals. After dinner enjoy the fireworks and giant Ferris wheel from the upstairs balcony or take the short walk to the boardwalk with your family. This unit is completely modern with every convenience: a/c, washer/dryer, dishwasher, two couches, and two chase lounges, wifi, xbox360, etc. Enjoy those 'wild wood days' with your family and friends in this roomy condominium. Location = Justice
Lots of space! It's good for a family of 5-6. No need to squeeze people on the extra bedding but there is some available. Great the cars were in an enclosed garage.
Saw someone posted about a slow drain. Us too. No worries, boiled some hot water and poured it for a quick fix. Met some neighbors at the pool and the kids had fun.
The location is PRIME! We'll be back 2023!

Excellent spot!!
My family had a wonderful time! Location was absolutely perfect. Definitely recommend!! And best part we were able to take our dog with us!!

Nice Condo
The condo was in a great location and nice. Had a rough start. The owner was under the impression the cleaning person arrived at 1...he did not, he arrived at 2:30. He was very nice to allow us to put our food in the refrigerator/freezer. The condo was not finished until 4:00. The cleaning person was parked in our parking spot so my husband had tp park 6 blocks away because we had two cars.
Once we got in an hour after actual check in time, everything was fine. I did feel the cleaning man was telling Erin he was there to clean at 1:00 to save his butt. I did receive some messages from the owner but I had to be honest with her about what all the time frames really were...never received an apology.

Excellent location; beautiful, spacious condo; family-friendly
This is a beautiful, bright, spacious condo in an excellent location. Close to the boardwalk and beach. Family of 4 adults, 2 small children, and one dog stayed in July. Erin was very prompt in answering messages, especially last-minute inquiries about bringing our dog. She was accommodating and welcoming. We travel in two cars, so having two reserved parking spaces in the garage was really nice. The pool is a nice feature, which we have not had in other condos. Very quiet location. Will plan on booking again in 2020 knowing we will be comfortable and close to all activities. Thanks Erin for sharing your beautiful condo with us. Highly recommended.

Pros & Cons
Great location!! The pool was a nice surprise as we didn't see any pics posted so weren't sure what to expect. The condo was nice and roomy but needs some TLC. When we arrived the home hadn't been cleaned and/or cleaned well. We reached out to Erin right away by phone but couldn't leave a message due to the voicemail being full. We did text pics as well and received a response. Her cousin Tom came and cleaned up the condo. He made it better. Fans and vents could use a good cleaning as well as both bathtub drains drained very slowly. Too much money for the lack of cleanliness for us compared to our local hotel stays. We also were hoping to take advantage of the linen fee to have them provided for $50, but the service wasn't available any longer. We ended up having to pay $188 for towels and bedding for 8 people.

Wildwood Family Fun
We want to thanks Erin for letting us lease her property for a couple days. The condo was so roomy and comfortable. Just a little set backs but it were on our behalf not knowing how the appliance operated. I called and she replied immediately and gave us instruction and reasons of current issues. And to add more efficiency, she send her maintenance contractor to make sure everything was good for us. I definitely would stay again. Highly recommended. Again, thanks Erin.

Best location ever, great rental
This location is the BEST. Just 1.5 blocks from the beach (only one road to cross, which is important with little kids!), and right in the middle of the boardwalk between two piers, giving us easy access to food and activities. It's also close to the dog park, which is nice for fury friends. The unit itself is setup great, with 2 reserved parking spots in the garage, a really nice outdoor balcony, and a great open living space. We had 6 adults, 4 kids, and 1 dog here and everyone had a great time.

Amazing location, friendly response hosts!
Had an amazing time. Hosts responded quickly and were very accommodating. The location is super close to the beach and extremely convenient and the space itself is clean, homey and well furnished. Can't imagine going down to Wildwood again and staying anywhere else!

Excellent Location, great home!
The home was much more spacious than we anticipated. The bedrooms were all very large, and the beds were also a great size. The dining table can fit 8 guests, if not more, and we enjoyed how the table was elevated. There is a lovely balcony that feels very private with wonderful patio furniture. The main living space has the benefit of owning a cathedral ceiling, and each room is equipped with a ceiling fan to keep circulation moving through the home, although the air conditioning was set to a perfect temperature. The kitchen was conveniently located just off the dining and living areas, which made serving meals very convenient. The owner was very informative as to how to enter and exit the building as well as the parking garage. There are 2 spaces for the unit, which is very nice so you do not have to pay the meter for parking on the street. The location of the home was excellent, only about 1 block from the boardwalk. There is a lovely pool to the side of the complex, and a grill on which to cook out back as well. The grocery and pharmacy are within walking distance. Everything there was so convenient! We are looking forward to returning next year!
