Park your car and enjoy your vacation in our 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo. Located at E. Orchid Rd and Ocean Ave, steps from the beach and less than a mile to the famous boardwalk in Wildwood. Relax sitting in the balcony with great views of the ocean. Condo has pool and elevator on the premises. Includes 2 parking spaces and storage space on ground level for all beach gear. For your convenience we have provided beach chairs, wheeled beach buggy and boogie boards. Everything you need is within walking distance: restaurants, bakery, deli, bike rentals, ice cream parlor, library, playground, basketball court and tennis court. THIS CONDO IS AVAILABLE FOR RENTAL BY FAMILY GROUPS ONLY AND WILL NOT BE RENTED TO SINGLE ADULTS UNDER THE AGE OF 24. NO 'SENIOR WEEK' NOR 'PROM' RENTALS. No smoking nor pets are allowed.

We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
$400 security deposit and $100 Cleaning fee required for all rentals
Remaining 50%, Security Deposit, & Cleaning fee due 30 days before rental week

Perfect location
We had a great time while staying at this condo. It’s in a perfect location. The bike rental is 1 block away, the beach is 2 blocks away, and it’s a quick drive to Cape May and the Wildwood Boardwalk.

This is an excellent rental and i highly recommend it.
Exactly as described by the owner on VRBO; fully equipped, modern,clean, and comfortable, plenty of room for our party of 5 adults and 2 kids.
Was great having 2 parking spots, and a storage room which included supplies (chairs, umbrellas, etc for the beach.
Looking forward to doing this again next year.

Nice area and place!
Very nice area and property. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Two things can be improved and that would be not having to make the beds when you get there and do the washings of bedding when you leave. I am on vaca really did not like that and really for the cost i shouldnt have to rent the bedding wich was the other option. The other was no cupboards for food storage.

Our family had a great time. Close to the beach for the little ones. We enjoyed our week. Nice to have 2 parking spaces and be able to keep your beach chairs, toys, etc in the downstairs storage. I would recommend! Thanks!

Great weekend getaway!
We stayed with two other couples and our 6 young children. There was plenty of room for all of us! The keypad was a nice easy entry. The complex was pretty empty and we had the pool to ourselves! A short walk to the beach and playground makes a perfect location for kids. Thank you so much for renting your condo to us, we made wonderful memories and hope to be back next year!

Convenient and fun place to be for a weekend!
We enjoyed our time here, there were 4 adults and 5 kids and there was enough room for us what little time we did spend inside. The beach was definitely the highlight although busy as you would expect. The evenings were fabulous! There was nothing negative in our experience that would ever keep us from coming back!

The property was fine. The only issue was parking. We had 4 cars snd to put 2 on the street but there really was not possible for any more parking at vondo.
