Description
This luxurious complex, the family condominium is located on Beach Block a few steps (no roads to cross) from the beach, only a few minutes to the boardwalk, restaurants, and many other activities. A great location for a multi-generational family.
This is a spacious, one-floor (no steps), 2500 square foot condominium. Features four bedrooms with color cable televisions, three bathrooms(one jacuzzi tub), great room, private deck looking out to the Ocean and Beach, island snack bar, and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances for your cooking and serving needs. Parking for three cars
two-car in the private garage and one on the apron, with ample space for your bikes, beach chairs, and an extra refrigerator for your beach beverages and snacks. Please keep the garage door closed when not in use. Livingroom with color cable TV & WIFI. There is an elevator from the ground floor to your unit. Outdoor shower for rinsing sand off after the beach & BBQ on the ground floor.
The condo is available to rent on a weekly basis during the summer season and for a minimum of 3 nights during the offseason.
Travelers will need to supply their own linens, towels, paper products, beach chairs, and beach toys.
Please do not hang towels on the railings on the deck.
Rates are subject to change after May 1st, of the current year.

Great Week
Everything was great. Very close to the beach and everything you need is there. If we ever go back to Wildwood we will certainly try to stay here again.

Location Location Location
This property has it all. Most importantly owners with great attention to detail and friendly service. Kelli and team are attentive to your needs from the moment you arrive until you depart. The property is roomy, very quiet, well equipped and close to the beach. The spacious two car plus garage is a huge benefit for your vehicles and beach items. We found surrounding area to be quiet and family friendly. In times of uncertainty with the Covid situation, you can feel especially safe in this private unit which is clean inside and out by an attentive staff. Great rental, great people.

Great location, the beach, the boardwalk and more!
Loved my time here, my first visit to Cape May and the beaches are wonderful and our condo unit was lovely. Clean, plenty of space, and a balcony that overlooks the beach, which is a 3 minute walk with no street crossings. The property manager was very helpful, she had lots of menu's and brochures of close by attractions in a basket for us to use, there is a laundry washer and drier on the premises, same level, and a big lovely jetted tub to relax in. Also big couches and plenty of seating plus a large kitchen table and a large table to sit and eat as a family on the porch. Comfy beds and plenty of sleeping space was nice too.
Not only that but the boardwalk is only 7 minutes away, the 'downtown' of Wildwood is about the same, tons of restaurants, grocery stores and more. In the other direction, over the bridge into downtown Cape May only 10 minutes away is Whale and Dolphin watching cruises. 15 minutes away are lovely Victorian homes (tons of them), trolley rides, more shoppes and beaches. There is just so much to do, and we were in the center of it all! Very much recommend this place and our kind property manger!

Very spacious, colorful, comfortable and roomy!
We enjoyed all the emenities and space. Having televisions in all the rooms was just the thing if you needed private space. The setup from the garage with a fridge where you kept all the beach stuff was quite convenient not to mention the elevator for the convenience bringing your luggage right to your room. Overall, very pleased, especially the balcony where you can see the beach and entertain before you head out . And lastly, who can resist Wildwood beach!!! Thank you!

This property was perfect for me and my family and Ms. Mary was the best, any problems we had was solved in minutes !!!....Definitely recommend staying here, I know for a fact we'll be doing business again very soon.
