Only small non-shedding dogs under 30-pounds are permitted if they are contained within the following List: Affenpinscher, American Hairless Terrier, Australian Silky Terrier, Basenji, Bedlington Terrier, Bichon Frise, Border Terrier, Brussels Griffon, Cairn Terrier, Chinese Crested, Cotton de Tulear, Danie Dinmont Terrier, Fox Terrier, Havanese, Italian Greyhound, Kerry Blue Terrier, Komondor, Lakeland Terrier, Maltese Terrier, Mexican Hairless, Norwich Terrier, Puli, Sealyham Terrier, Schnauzer, Scottish Terrier, Shih Tzu, Tibetan Terrier, Toy & Miniature Poodle, Welsh Terrier, West Highland White Terrier, Yorkshire Terrier. Any and all other breeds not mentioned within this list are strictly prohibited. All other pets, regardless how small, are strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in forfeiture of your Security Deposit and immediate expulsion from the premises. There is a Dog Beach at the end of our street; only steps away! This Rental has a many new features such as new Master Bedroom furniture (Bed/headboard/footboard with a high end Premium Mattress and Box-Spring, Dresser, and End-tables. A New Refrigerator/Freezer, Brand New Microwave, new floors, new front door, renovated garage/carport. So if you are looking for an enjoyable time in a clean upgraded rental property then you might not mind spending just a little more. We do not rent to groups under 25 years of age - There are no exceptions; we are very strict about these policies. If anyone under the age of 25-years old Books a Reservation the Deposit will be Forfeited and the Resevration will be Cancelled. We cater to Families and most of our Renters return year after year. • Smoking: is not permitted inside the property. Smoking is permitted on the balcony however the windows and sliding glass must remain closed. Smoking is permitted on the rooftop deck or outside of the property unless it becomes bothersome to other guests at which time the cigarettes must be extinguished. Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly. An Odor of Smoke inside the property will result in forfeiture of your Security Deposit. Beach/Boardwalk Block: You are only steps away from the beach and the boardwalk. We are located directly between both Morey's Amusement Piers. Dunkin Donuts is at the end of the street on the boardwalk. Rooftop Deck: This dwelling is the only one on the entire block that has a rooftop deck. You are permitted to use the deck. Balcony: there is also a private balcony off the living room. Fireworks: Every Friday Night in the summer the City performs a Fireworks extravaganza at the end of Pine Avenue. You will have the best seat in the house on the rooftop deck. Master & 2nd Bedroom: Queen Beds, TV & DVD player. New Master Bedroom Furniture- Dresser & Mirror, Night Stands, Bed with Premium Mattress and Box-spring 3rd Bedroom: twin/full bunk bed, Also, Another Twin Mattress is Located underneath the Bunk-bed. TV & PlayStation 2. All beds are equipped with pillows, blankets and comforters however Linens (sheets & pillow cases) are not provided. Living Room: Cable TV, DVD player, and Stereo, Comfortable sectional with a full size sleeper. Kitchen: Fully-equipped kitchen. Brand New Refrigerator/Freezer, Brand New Microwave. Brand new Front Entry Door and brand new floors- kitchen, living room, dining room, hallway. Outside Shower Totally renovated Carport/Garage Dining Room: Seats 6-8 Linens: Bath and Beach Towels, sheets and Pillow cases are not provided. Pillows and blankets are provided. Beach Chairs and Secured Outside Storage Closet is available to store your bikes or beach items. It should be noted that in 2016 Homeaway and VRBO began charging all guests a SERVICE FEE which you might see reflected in every property advertised. This property was in a great location within walking distance to the beach. We were a family of 5 with plenty of space for all. The condo was pet friendly with a pet friendly beach park nearby. The kitchen was fully equipped with cleaning supplies and cookware. Chris, the manager, responded quickly to any questions we may have had. Overall, this was a nice, clean and pleasant place to stay.

After a long drive to my destination, I was very excited to know the boardwalk was one block from the condo. The place was clean fun beach decor. The roof deck was amazing the views overlooked the boardwalk not to mention the Friday fireworks!! Chris was awesome to work with he checked up on us and gave great places to go!!! We would definitely do it again!!!

It was a pleasurable, easy experience working with Chris. The property is a great location and very well maintained. All details/directions were easy to follow. The roof top deck was a great place to view firework show which was right in front of us. Only down side was being on bottom floor, the floors seemed thin. We would stay there again.

We had such a good time over Labor Day weekend. The house was beautiful and very clean. We didn’t have anyone stay in the upstairs condo so we had the whole roof top to ourselves which had the most amazing views. Perfect location! Will definitely be back! Thanks again :)

Being on the beach block made for just a short walk to the boardwalk! The property was well maintained and was a perfect place for two families of four. Watching the fireworks from the rooftop made for a great ending to our week! The only complaint was the neighbors above us being loud moving things around and dropping stuff well past midnight every night. Nothing the owner could do to fix that just bad luck for us! Wouldn’t stop us from renting again though.

We were pleased with the rental. We were so close to the boardwalk and beach. It was so easy to enjoy every day! walking distance to some restaurants/ shops. It is only a short drive to Cape May too, which is a charming locale full of shops and restaurants to explore.
The one critique we have would be the inconvenience of having to provide our own bed sheets and bathing towels. I understand the need to bring personal swim towels. We loved the decor, the balcony, and the convenience of having washer and dryer in our condo.
Overall a fantastic place to rent! Would rent there again!
