The time factor is critical in vacation rentals, and your reservation will hold this rental off the market for a period of time. If you cancel for any reason after we have received your signature approved lease, your rent cannot be refunded unless the vacation rental is re-rented, then you will receive a mitigated refund less a $150.00 Administrative Fee. The earlier you warn us that you may need to cancel, the better the chances of re-renting.

Covid-19 Refund Policy
You will receive a full refund if the short term ban is reinstated.
We rent to FAMILIES ONLY, NO GROUPS, PROMS, SR WEEK , etc. Must be over 26 yrs to rent. Call for availability or special circumstances 609 220 2717 or email. Sorry, No Smoking and No Pets allowed. Other Fees: $400 Security Deposit A cleaning fee will be withheld from security deposit if the property is not left in the same condition as found. We pride ourselves on maintaining a clean place so our tenants can enjoy their time at the shore. We expect that everything is left in the same condition received, trash and recyclables also placed in their respective receptacles or left at curbside on assigned pick up day.

A one-third deposit is due when booking. Balance of rent and security deposit due 60 days before arrival. A $400 Security Deposit is required and will be returned within 30 days of receiving keys if property is left in the same condition. Personal checks
