We are so excited to share our luxury townhome with incredible views of the ocean on 3 balcony levels. This new 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom townhouse is only a short distance from the beach. For entertainment day and night, the world famous boardwalk is 3 short blocks away and historic Cape May is a short drive - minutes away to the south. This incredibly spacious townhouse comfortably sleeps 16. It features a beautiful gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, eat-at counter, dishwasher, trash compactor, wine refrigerator, professional grade 6-burner stove and double oven. This great space also includes a large dining table that can expand to seat 16 and there is also a wet bar with a beer refrigerator and tap. One of the queen bedrooms features a sink, small refrigerator, microwave, and even a coffee maker. The 4th floor master suite is furnished with a king sized bed, Large TV, a leather sofa, a cozy oversized love seat with ottoman. We also have provide a coffee bar with refrigerator for your comfort and convenience. You'll love the walk-in closet -- and the private balcony on this top floor is great for sunbathing or just enjoying your morning coffee. The bathroom in the master suite features an extra large whirlpool tub, large dual-head shower with multi-body sprays and bench seat. The second master bedroom includes a king-sized bed, a flat screen tv, pull-out desk in dresser, private glass-walled balcony, and attached bathroom with whirlpool. The first floor bedroom features 2 queen sized beds, a corner sofa, tv, foosball table, and it's own half bathroom. With ample storage, the townhouse includes for your convenience: an interior, private elevator, video intercom, umbrellas, beach chairs, beach toys for the little ones -- as well as a cart to easily transport everything to the beach. We include wireless internet access, big screen tvs in every room (including 1 with surround sound on the main floor); blu-ray players are available, 2-car garage parking as well as covered parking. You will certainly enjoy your stay at this luxury townhome with easy access to the free and beautiful beach just a short walk away. Policies
Tenants are responsible for personal belongings and for removing trash prior to their departure and for cleaning all towels prior to there departure. All linens are cleaned by our cleaning company.
This lovely home is perfect for multiple Friends and/or Family gatherings (3rd floor features full entertainment and cooking areas and table for 14.

Great vacation spot for a large family
We have stayed at this property for the last 7 years. The location is great for the beach and boardwalk. The house has plenty of room especially since we have 6 grandchildren. We can enjoy our meals around the same table and have great family time.

Just perfect
We have stayed at Lavander for Six Years. Love it. Beautiful and clean. Owners listen to us when we need to call them. Always accomodating. Great location. My family (16 of us) always love it.

Fantastic time
This is our fifth year staying here. My family share many wonderful memories and we can enjoy the six grandchildren. The location is great along with the views of the ocean. We enjoy many meals, games, and conversation around the roomy house.

Excellent property!!
We loved staying in this property. As described, it is spacious and luxurious. It had plenty of room for us and for larger groups as well. It allows for privacy and yet a gathering place in the middle. The 'rules' and instructions are quite easy and the hosts see to every convenience. You can tell that they took care with the furnishings and the inclusions like towels and linens. We felt relaxed and pampered. I would recommend this place to anyone!

our vacation
The home is very beautiful. The only problems we had was a very nosey neighbor. Last year my 5 year old and myself " used their pool"! She was quick to point it out to us as we were about to enter the house...." Hey , your pool is over there, this one is ours"! Mind you, there was nobody in " their pool"!! Every time we went in or out she would constanty stare at all of us, it was very disturbing for us all. We were trying to have a nice time. I dont know if we would go again despite loving the house because of this neighbor. Everyone else was fine except for this neighbor next door. We have always cleaned up the property before we left also. just a shame that a neighbor next door ( not in the row of homes we rented) Has to be like that. It spoils the vacation . Somebody had aslo called the owners to let them know we had 3 dogs there, and pets were not allowed. The owners called us and texted us ,and we had said that a cousin had stopped by to visit because they missed my nieces graduation party with pets , they were not staying. ... A day or two later someobdy again called the owners to say " we still had dogs there"! Mind you we told the owners we did not, there had been dogs barking next door to us, we didnt care. We missed our pets we had left behind with someone watching them. Its just a shame that you cant really enjoy your vacation week because you have somebody wacthing you!!!! Everybody we met in the homes like we rented were very nice. Jus a bad week this time around again with this neighbor. I guess some people have nothing better to do with their lives then be ignorant to people who spent ALOT OF MONEY for this home for a week. Other then this neighbor, everyone else is really nice and friendly.

Top notch property!
Shared this home with 3 families for a 3-day soccer tournament at the convention center. What a nice place! Great room with kitchen, dining, and living space was fantastic gathering space for a large group. House was clean and well appointed. Loved our morning walks to and from convention center. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Amazing townhouse for family trip
This was only the 2nd time I have booked a stay on Homeaway. Still nervous, because you never know if pictures will be accurate. Well this townhouse is amazing. There were 10 of us and we all loved it. So spacious. A block from beach. The townhouse has everything you could possibly need from the kitchen to beach supplies. Would stay again!
