Description
Cute & comfy beach block 2BR/1BA 2nd floor condo steps from boardwalk & beach! Features central air/heat, TVs in living room and bedrooms with expanded cable/DVR/WiFi; DVD players in living room and 1 bedroom. Fully stocked kitchen w/ stovetop, microwave, toaster oven, blender & Keurig.
Saturday to Saturday weekly in-season vacation rentals June - August (sorry, seasonal rentals not available). Large deck overlooks seasonal heated pool. Outdoor shower w/ hot/cold water avail for washing away sand after a day at the beach. Bike rack & 2 off street parking spaces. 2 bedroom condo (1 queen, twin over full bunk beds, full sofa bed), 1 bath, 2nd floor condo.
Common areas include gated heated pool (seasonal) w/ deck & second floor sun deck. Natural gas grill on sun deck. Outdoor hot/cold water shower and coin operated laundry. Right off the boardwalk, beach block.
Next door to Hassel’s Ice Cream, mini golf and bicycle rentals. Down the Boardwalk ramp from the new Seaport Pier w/ restaurant, bar, and entertainment. Short walk to Morey’s amusement piers and water parks, Sam’s pizza and Curley’s fries! Close to local night life!
Blankets and quilts/comforters provided. Guests will need to provide their own bed linens (1 queen in master, 1 full and 1 twin for bunk bed in 2nd bedroom, 1 full sofa bed), pillows, bath towels, beach towels, kitchen towels and toiletries.
**Reserving guest affirms that he/she/they are an adult at least 25 years of age and will be on premises for duration of rental. Please do not submit a request if you do not meet this requirement. Thank you for your understanding.

Policies
- NO SENIOR WEEK, PROMS OR PARTIES.
- We’re sorry but we cannot accommodate pets.
- This is our home; please treat it as if it were your own.
- Saturday to Saturday weekly rentals June through August.
- Maximum occupancy of 7, including children (infants under 2 not included in occupancy count).
- Guest must bring own linens, pillows and towels - 1 queen bed, twin over full bunk beds and 1 full sleeper sofa. Blankets and quilts/comforters are provided.
- Outdoor shower with hot/cold water is available for rinsing off after day at beach as well as a hose for rinsing off any sandy items.
- Only registered guests that are included on the rental agreement are permitted to use the pool.
- There is no lifeguard on duty at the pool. Swimming is at your own risk; children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Please review all posted rules on pool gate prior to entering pool area.
- Please keep the property and all furniture and appliances in good order.
- Please keep doors and windows closed when using air conditioner or heater.
- Smoking/vaping of any substance is prohibited within our unit and on Lampost property. If our condo smells of smoke, you will be charged the full security deposit. PLEASE DO NOT SMOKE/VAPE IN OUR HOME OR ON LAMPOST PROPERTY. Any fine imposed by the association as a result of being in violation of the non-smoking policy while renting our condo will be deducted from your security deposit. .
- Trash and recycling containers are located behind building on 22nd Ave side.
- Access via electronic key pad.
- Property not suitable for mobility impaired.
**CANCELLATION POLICY - The rental agreement may be canceled at any time and cancelation requests must be made in writing. If cancelation is received more than sixty (60) days prior to your check-in date, the total amount that you have paid will be refunded to you. If your notice of cancellation is received less than sixty (60) days prior to your check-in date, you will be refunded if the property can be re-rented at the same rate, for the same period.

Cute condo close to the beach!
Nice clean condo, very close to the beach and boardwalk. My little family loved it and will definitely be going back! Jennifer is a breeze to work with!

Sparkling clean condo in a great location! This spot is central to everywhere you want to be in wildwood! It was spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed. Jennifer is a great host, quick with responses! We loved it and will be back.

Not only is the condo steps away from the boardwalk and in a great location but it is also extremely clean. We take all the concerns with Covid very seriously and felt more than comfortable staying at the Condo in September. Jennifer is a wonderful host with extremely
quick responses to all emails. It was a pleasure conversing with Jennifer and would definitely stay there again.

Jennifer's Wildwood condo really exceeded our expectations. Our group was 2 grandparents, 2 parents and a 15 month old. We were comfortable and appreciated all the attention to stocking, decorating and cleaning the home. Also Jennifer was also very prompt and warm in our communications.
Would certainly recommend for families looking for walking distance to the beach. We would certainly stay here again, thanks Jennifer!

Jennifer’s place was adorable. It’s exactly as seen in the photos and the location could not have been better. We chose to cook in every night so we really appreciated the quality of all the kitchen equipment, pots/pans, cutlery, etc - all good quality stuff! Lots of thoughtful touches throughout the condo to make the stay even more enjoyable. Would absolutely recommend staying here, and hope to come back again!

Jennifer is extremely responsive and her place is so adorable! She really knows how to decorate - the attention to detail was amazing! Perfect little place for the 3 of us! Close to the beach and on the boardwalk!

You cannot go wrong with renting Jennifer's Condo! Beautiful decor, very clean and the amenities she provides are stellar! I would recommend her place to anyone wanting to enjoy the beach and boardwalk that are steps away from her place. The people in the surrounding condos were great neighbors and all were friendly. The pool is spectacularly clean and warm; but enough to cool you down on those hot and humid days! Do yourself a favor and rent with Jennifer!!

Jennifer's place is located very close to the boardwalk, on beach block. I loved how close the condo was, it enabled the teens to go back and forth. The place is stylishly decorated, better than other condos I peeped into :). It smelled good upon arrival. Blankets all smelled clean too. Stopped at the nearby Acme for all the toilet paper, paper towels, etc. that you need. Jennifer was quick to answer any concerns or questions I had. She was also flexible with my schedule. I couldn't ask for a better host experience!
