This stunning 3 bedroom, 2 bath end unit is ideally located just ONE BLOCK AWAY FROM THE BEACH and bike path in Wildwood Crest. Beautifully finished with hardwood floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, wifi, and more! The complex also offers an elevator, pool, storage, and two car assigned parking. Enjoy your morning coffee on your private deck with table and chairs and a view of the ocean. Morning sun, afternoon shade.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and its own ensuite bathroom. The additional bedrooms share a full bathroom and feature two twin beds and a queen size bed. The living room features a full size sofa bed, recliner chair, and two swivel arm chairs. There is also a rollout bed to allow more sleeping options. WE PROVIDE ALL THE BED LINENS AND BATH TOWELS. This unit sleeps up to 8 people and is 1500 sq ft.
The Kitchen is a modern kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances including refrigerator, range, dishwasher and microwave. It is well stocked with all the equipment and utensils you need to cook and dine in. Want to take in the fresh air? The sliding glass doors open up to the private deck. Outdoor dining table seats 4 people.
You can also enjoy the shared outdoor area! This shared space features an in-ground heated pool with steps and tiled turtles on the bottom as well as lounge chairs and umbrellas to take in the sun or enjoy the shade. To rinse off the salt and the sand from the beach, there is an outdoor shower too. The pool is only open in the summer season (limited days and hours in May, early June, and September).

You will also have two designated off-street parking spaces PLUS (coming in the 2025 season) a Wildwood Crest parking permit that can be used at any parking meter or Park Mobile space any where in Wildwood Crest.
Additionally, guests have access to our private storage closet which is fully equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, and a beach cart.
ENTERTAINMENT / TECHNOLOGY - For inside entertainment, this unit features four flat screen Roku TVs with cable and the ability to access all your favorite streaming sources (must have your own personal accounts). The TVs are in the living room and all three bedrooms.
Rentals are usually Saturday to Saturday during the summer months. Off-season rental check-in days are flexible. Rentals are a minimum of 7 days both in-season and off-season.
Access to the unit is by keyless entry. Access code will be provided one week before check-in.

Policies
2. No feeding the seagulls and no grilling on the deck or in the parking area.
3. When not in use turn off the A/C, ceiling fans, lights, TVs, etc.
4. Maximum occupancy 8 people. No pets.
5. Only Cars, SUVs and pickup trucks allowed in the parking area. No vehicles larger than a panel truck (including no mobile homes, recreational vehicles, boats, or boat trailers).
6. Parking is permitted only in the parking spaces associated with the unit rented. No exceptions.
7. Trash, garbage, or other waste shall be kept in designated sanitary containers within the condominium trash room for collections.
8. There are to be no clothes, sheets, blankets, or laundry to be hung or displayed on the balconies, decks, railings, outside of windows or placed on the outside windowsills, or walls.
9. No exterior loudspeakers other than as contained in portable radios or TV sets shall be permitted.
10. No noxious or offensive activity shall be carried on, in, or upon the common areas* or in any unit nor shall anything be done therein either willfully or negligently which may be or become an annoyance or nuisance to other residents of the condominium.
11. No immoral or unlawful use shall be made of any unit; and all laws, zoning ordinances and regulations of all governmental bodies having jurisdiction there over shall be observed.
12. The common areas* shall be used only for the furnishing of the services and facilities for which they are reasonably intended and suited and which are incident to the use and occupancy of the units.
a. No playing in the hallways, stairwells or parking garage.
b. Dry off completely prior to entering the vestibule, elevator, stairwell and common bathroom area.
c. No throwing of rocks, debris, or any matter in the common areas*.
13. No bicycles, baby carriages, wagons or similar non-motorized vehicles or toys, nor mopeds, motorcycles or similar motorized vehicles shall be parked or otherwise left unattended in any common area*, except that a licensed motorcycle may be parked in any marked parking space. There shall be no obstruction of the common areas* nor shall anything be stored in or upon the common areas*.
14. No renter shall burn, chop or cut anything on or above the common areas*.
15. Property should be left in the same condition as it was found.
First Payment: 25% due at the time of booking
Second Payment: 25% due 90 days prior to check-in
Third Payment: 50%, plus cleaning fee and security deposit, due 30 days prior to check-in
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to check-in will receive a refund of 50% of any payments made prior to cancellation. No refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in.

Wonderful Stay
Very cozy and spacious home only a block from the beach. Supply closet had everything needed for the beach cart, beach chairs, bogie boards also a parking pass for Wildwood Crest area. Owners very responsive would definitely stay again! Wish the property had an outdoor grill but that is not the owners fault possibly something the HOA could look into.

Anne’s place was great. Very clean. Nice, open, spacious living space. Great for young children so we can keep an eye on them. Closet full of games for family game night. Generous with their beach/pool supplies. Great location near the beach and playground for the kids. Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic
This condo is in a fantastic location--one short block to the beach, a block to a paved path that connects to the boardwalk (about one mile to boardwalk along the path), one block to a large playground and awesome splash pad. There is a second nice playground along the path to the boardwalk. There is also a bike rental store by the playground. The beach is clean and beautiful--the entrance to the beach has rinse stations and there is a wooden path across the dunes. There are also clean port-a-potties and trash cans at regular intervals on the beach. The condo is exactly as described. It felt spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed for cooking. Would definitely recommend for a family vacation!

WONDERFUL IN WILDWOOD
This condo was the nicest condo we have rented over the last few years in Wildwoods. The location was perfect with just a short walk to the beautiful wide beach. Very quiet, we could hardly tell anyone else was in the building. The pool and parking were great. The kitchen was well appointed with new appliances and everything you need to make a meal. The living room was spacious enough for everyone to stretch out and relax in the evening. We very much appreciated that the beds were comfortable unlike many others we have had in other rentals. Hoping to rent here again next year.
