Enjoy long days at the beach and fun nights on the boardwalk. Without having to walk blocks pushing pulling and carrying everything you need for the day. From this location just take what you need...a towel, chair and cooler! You are close enough to take a break from it all and return to the condo for a brief rest. The boardwalk is right at your front door, 50’ away and the beach is 100’ away. Across the street is an up to date play ground for children of all ages.
Our fully equipped Wildwood beach condo has it all for families of any age or size. With multiple TVs, Wireless Internet.

OWNER MANAGED: You will deal directly with property owner at check-in and check-out. Turnover cleaning will be inspected each week to ensure home is completely cleaned . If any problems arise during your stay I am on call 24 hrs. and will take care of them promptly.
FAMILIES OR VERY MATURE ADULTS ONLY. NO EXCEPTIONS. NON-SMOKERS ONLY. As in all condominium and townhouse associations on the island, no rentals are permitted to unsupervised children or students; no high school or college students without parental supervision. Anyone under 25 years old must be accompanied by and supervised by a parent at all times. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE.

CANCELLATIONS - RENTERS can only cancel their reservation in writing. If the RENTER cancels the reservation before the Check-in date, The OWNER will make every attempt to book another reservation for the same time period. If the Rental Property is re-booked at the same rate or greater, RENTER will receive a full refund of the amount paid minus a 15% service fee to re-list and rebook the property.
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.

A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

Better than the pictures!

The pictures do not do this condo justice. It was super clean, organized, & well equipped with basic kitchen needs. The owners are friendly & easy to work with. The balcony & views are to die for. Having 2 young children, I was skeptical of the stairs, but what's not pictured is the gate they have installed at the top of the stairs! BONUS! Steps to the boards & water is the most fitting description. You cut the corner of the garage & the boardwalk ramp is right there. We really enjoyed our stay even with our last day being the first day of the whole island power outage. We have reserved for next year already!
