Description
Come stay with us! Our family is happy to host your family or group of adults over 25. Great restaurants, shops, and activities within walking distance as well as our close proximity to the Convention Center and Fox Park make this the ideal vacation spot.
Plenty of space with a full kitchen, living room, covered deck, and flat screen smart TVs in every BR and the LR. The outdoor hot/cold enclosed private shower and storage area await your return from a day at the beach! There is also a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. The condo sleeps 6 in BRs (2 queens, 2 twins), with a pull out sofa in the LR you could add 1 or 2 more (max is 8 persons).
Cable and WiFi is included, but you will need to bring your own sheets and towels. Please leave your pets at home (with care of course) and there is no smoking or open flames (grills) in the property or around the common areas.
During the summer season (late June through early September) we typically rent for one week minimum from Saturday to Saturday, but if you have a special request please contact us and we will do our best to work with you. Off season rentals are possible for weekends or longer. Let us know what days you need and we will work together!! Our complex has 6 units and we have good relationships with all the owners.... if you need more than one unit let us know and we may be able to help you connect with another owner.

We rent only to families and adults over 25. Guests must bring their own sheets and towels. No smoking and no pets are permitted.
See lease for all terms and conditions. Lease will be emailed to tenant once rental dates are requested.
Booking policy: once a deposit is received the unit is booked and remaining funds and security deposit are due no less than 30 days before check in. A $100 booking/cleaning fee is added to all rentals regardless of length.
Cancellation policy: deposits are not refundable if vacation is cancelled unless NJ State Guidelines prohibit travel.
