We are located near the Wildwood convention center, Morey's Pier, Fox Park (with many outdoor events), fantastic playground and tennis courts and the wonderful well known Wildwood boardwalk and free beaches. Take your pick of tasty restaurants on each street corner, no need to drive as many to choose from within walking distance. There are countless activities for families and night life for adults.
This condo truly has so much to offer, with many repeat families returning each summer. We have thought about it all so that you don't have too!!

The kitchen has a large breakfast bar, separate dining area, very spacious living room, great for family nights. Leading out to a balcony with outdoor furnishings great for coffee in the morning and cocktails at night.
A private garage for 2 car parking, along with a driveway for 1 car parking...a total of 3 off the street parking spaces (priceless!) A large private storage area stocked full of beach essentials to borrow or others you bring during your stay. Also an enclosed outdoor shower to rinse off after a long day at the beach.
NOTE: We rent only to families 25 yrs and older, No Prom or Senior Week. We only rent for full weeks (Sat to Sat).

Security Deposit. A security deposit of $ 500.00 will be collected at time of rental. This deposit will be returned to the tenants within thirty (30) days after completion of the rental period and after inspections of property. Owner may use all or part of the security deposit in cases where the unit is not found in the same condition. Should the damage amount exceed the amount of the deposit, the Tenants remains liable for the balance.
