The unit has 5 total bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. On the first floor there is a master suite with a private full bathroom and kind size bed. A second bedroom with a queen size bed. A third bedroom with 2 bunks and a queen size bed. A 4th bedroom has a futon which sleeps 2 and the loft has 2 twin beds. The living area is very spacious with a vaulted ceiling and a nicely sized kitchen with a breakfast bar and a dining room area with a large table that seats 10 plus. From the living room step out to a large porch with one side covered and the other open. The 3rd floor back walkway provides views of the Friday night fireworks shows. Elevator access.

If the RENTER cancels the reservation before the Check-in date, The OWNER will make every attempt to book another reservation for the same time period. If the Rental Property is re-booked at the same rate or greater, RENTER will receive a full refund of the amount paid minus a 15% service fee to re-list and rebook the property.
