On the first floor: There is a master suite with a private full bathroom and kind size bed. A second bedroom with a queen size bed. A third bedroom with 2 bunks and a queen size bed. A 4th bedroom has a futon which sleeps 2 and the loft has 2 twin beds. The living area is very spacious with a vaulted ceiling and a nicely sized kitchen with a breakfast bar and a dining room area with a large table that seats 10 plus. Step out the sliding door in the living room to a large porch with one side covered and the other open. Step out to the back 3rd floor walkway for a view of the Friday night fireworks show. This building has elevator access.
