OCEAN VIEWS FROM THE FRONT DECK AND ROOFTOP SUNDECK. This 1400 sq. ft shore home is beautifully furnished and decorated with upscale amenities and everything your need for wonderful family vacations: Flat Screen SMART HDTV in all bedrooms, DVD in living room, ceiling fans, a well-stocked kitchen, central air conditioning, large washer/dryer, dining area on deck, bbq gas grill. The spacious 'Great Room' features hardwood floors, a vaulted ceiling, skylights, ceiling fan, a large and comfortable living area, dining room, and breakfast bar with seating for three. Relax or enjoy a meal on the front deck (9x20), or climb the spiral staircase to a private, furnished rooftop sundeck. Spectacular sunsets await! The property is less than 75 feet from the northend entrance of the boardwalk, where you can take a short walk or catch a tram car for boardwalk activities, including rides, waterparks and shops. NO STREET TO CROSS TO GET TO THE BEACH! Sand filled kids playground is right outside our door, and you can watch them from the front deck. Garage & driveway parking for 2 cars. Large storage closet (12X20) for all your beach gear! A Reunion of Friends

This condo is very clean and comfortable, with all the amenities of home, but most importantly, with fabulous access to the beach and boardwalk! We stayed from Tuesday to Sunday and the activity ramped up on Friday, but we didn't hear anything when we were inside at night. The only consideration I would tell people, is that the condo is on the 3rd floor, so if you have physical or health limitations it might be difficult for you. Overall, this is a great property and we would definitely go again!

Great spot right on the beach!

The pictures don't do this condo justice. Its beautiful and the location was perfect for us, just a couple buildings away from the beach/boardwalk. Everything was great, and we will definitely be back here again. The only issue you might find with this place is the amount of steps going up. For us it wasnt a problem, but anyone with mobility issues might have a hard time.

Excellent!

Clean, Spacious, nicely decorated and updated. Fantastic proximity to beach and boardwalk. Plenty of space for a group of 6 teens and adults plus company. We’ve stayed in Wildwood for the past 20 years and this was one of our best experiences!

Great week in North Wildwood

Beautiful shore property in a perfect location! Booking through VRBO was easy and secure. The owner was available for any questions. My family would definitely rent this place again!

July vacay

We have stayed here for 3 years and love it. It is close to beach and boardwalk. The layout of the condo is great for 7 people(3 being children.) Ample space to put bikes, beach chairs, etc.

Beautiful, spacious, oceanview rental in a terrific location

My family and I loved our stay in this beautifully decorated rental! Rooms were spacious and clean. Large deck has great view of the ocean, and our boys were thrilled to go on the additional rooftop deck. We appreciated the short walk to the beach, and the use of beach chairs and beach cart found in the private storage area. Definitely recommend this rental!

Beautiful Condo - A+ Location

Our family of 4 spent a lovely week in August 2018. The condo was clean and nicely furnished. The decks provide great views. There is a huge storage closet for storing our bikes and beach chairs. The owners had a beach cart which came in very handy. The location is top notch. Steps from the boardwalk and the beach. Thank you for sharing your home!

Great Location

This was our 2nd time staying here and love it - already booked our week for next year.
The unit is clean and great for a family. Love the balcony, all the extras to use at the beach and the beach cart to transport everything to the beach!!
