Description

Can't beat this location for small groups and families with a couple children. This is within walking distance to everything. First house (second floor of house) off the beach on Leaming Ave, with views of the beach, boardwalk, and Friday night FIREWORKS from the front porch, and a large back porch. Close to several restaurants such as Mudhen Brewery, and the best Ice cream at Duffer's. CAN BE SMALL DOG FRIENDLY.

No need to drive your car once you arrive. One parking spot is provided on the property.

2 bedrooms- 1 with a queen bed and 1 with a full over full bunk bed. The common area has a sleeper sofa and kitchen. Kitchen is fully stocked with toaster, Keurig, dishes, silverware, 4 burner stove, pots/pans and serving platters.

An electric grill is offered on the back deck.

Each room has a Smart TV/device. The bedroom with bunk beds has a game table with foosball and ping pong to keep those kids (or adults) occupied after the beach. Outdoor shower in the rear of the house!

NOTE: Please provide your own sheets and towels. One flight of stairs to get to second floor. 2nd floor has one other condo on same floor. The 1st bedroom has a shared hall with the 2nd bedroom.

Minimum age requirement for renters is 25 years old. Parking is located behind the property for 1 vehicle (limited to small vehicles with the largest being a medium SUV).

Inquire about Dogs. Must be smaller and short haired.

Renters will be responsible for removing all trash from the condo to the labeled trash cans.

Quiet time is 11pm to 7am. No loud/ profane music, swearing or parties.

No smoking.

If the police come to the condo for any reason, you will be asked to leave immediately and lose deposit and all other funds paid.

Refundable Security deposit of $250 is added to each booking. This fee is refunded within 7 days with a damaged free check out.

50% deposit is needed to book your requested time. The remainder is due 30 days prior to the beginning of your stay. The deposit is refundable 30 days or more before your stay.

Wildwood siesta

I loved the location of this condo , so close to the beach , a parking spot in the rear of the building, you can see the fireworks from the balcony.

Nice location and clean condo!

Nice place to stay! Beautiful clean condo with a/c (essential!) very good situation at the corner of the beach! 2 beautiful and big balcony for the end of the day. I recommand it 100%!
