Enjoy this Resort style Ocean Front and Boardwalk front property with the largest best pool and courtyard in all of Wildwood! My condo offers a 2 bedroom, one bath. Very spacious set up. Kitchen provides all the amenities of home. Bring your family and start making memories of your own and return for years to come. This resort is located at the south end of the boardwalk. Also take a ride on the tram car just outside the property. This complex is high end for a reason. Large pool and separate kiddie pool. We have the largest greatest courtyard with cabanas and plenty of seating and tables whether you want to gather around at night or during the day. You can also gather on the beach that is lit up from the boardwalk lights at night. We offer a pool, Hot tub, gym, clean outside grills and bathrooms for your convenience. It also offers 24/7 security guards and cameras throughout the complex for your safety. Bring your bikes and lock them up in secure monitored gated area.

Ive been coming down the shore since I was born and have lots of childhood memories to talk about. We purchased this property to provide families with lots of continued memories and fun. Our hope is that you will treat our condo as your own and return each year in creating tradition with your family as our family continues to do.

Policies
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

Wildwood vacation
Great vacation property. Perfect location! Close to everything. Looks exactly like photos. Super neat and clean. Met several great owners that were friendly and helpful. Pool is great! We all enjoyed it and were glad to see that pool staff made sure everyone followed the rules. Our ten year old grandson loved the beach taxi. We would definitely recommend.

Clean, kid-friendly, perfect location
Overall, this is a perfect little place to stay with your kiddos or just an adult weekend away. Such a perfect location and this particular unit was INSANELY clean! Honestly, cleanliness is probably one of the most important parts to me, and this was so, so clean. Little trouble getting into the unit, but owner was very responsive and helpful.

slightly disapponted - 3 and a half stars
The property is slightly dated and there are some minor things they could do to fix it up. The bathroom is dark and some more light bulbs in the fixtures would solve that easily. The high chairs around the island all sag in the middle and are very uncomfortable - they could be fixed easily. The front door does not have a chain lock - which would make people feel safer. The sliding doors are slightly broken and the curtains are also need to be fixed. There was construction going on outside (on the beach - the main road) and insdie the building. It would have been nice to have know that before we booked. The location is good and the kitchen was very nice. No TV"s in the bedrooms but the beds were comfortable. Not alot of closet or drawer space. Place was a little dirty we found a dirty sock under the couch in the living area. Slightly disappointed in our stay. would give it 3.5 starts out of 5

Relaxing
Place was very nice and great location! I do believe there should be more than 1 TV in the Condo but other than that we enjoyed our stay. Very relaxing!

The advertisement of this property was not in any way, what it was.
We were told that a cleaning person/persons clean the condo before we arrive. Upon arrival we found candy wrappers under the pull out bed and the front glass door was dirty. we rented for 6 people and were embarrassed at the pool on the first day because we were only given 5 pool passes. we called the owner and she told us where to go to get the 6th pass. to find out from another owner, that this condo was originally a one bedroom condo which was converted to a 2 bedroom, which means that the owner only gets 5 pool passes for a one bedroom. We couldn't open the dresser drawers at the same time we opened the closet door because the dressers were in the closets. It all made sense, because a one bedroom was converted to a 2 bedroom and there was no room to put a dresser in either bedroom. The larger bedroom had an area rug placed over wall to wall carpeting and you couldn't open or close the bedroom door without folding the area rug up. The reason for the area rug was because the c
wall to wall carpeting was gross. We have rented from airbnb and never had a problem. We will never go through vrbo again. The price we paid for this condo was definitely not worth it.
