Enjoy this Resort style Ocean Front and Boardwalk front property with the largest best pool and courtyard in all of Wildwood! My condo offers 2 bedrooms, one bath. Very spacious set up. Kitchen provides all the amenities of home. Bring your family and start making memories of your own and return for years to come. This resort is located at the south end of the boardwalk near Convention Center. Take a ride on the tram car just outside the property. This complex is HIGH END for a reason. It offers a Large pool with Hot Tub and separate kiddie pool. We have the largest greatest courtyard with free cabanas and plenty of seating and tables whether you want to gather around at night or during the day. You can also gather on the beach that is lit up from the boardwalk lights at night. We offer a pool, Hot tub, gym, clean outside grills and outside bathrooms for your convenience. It also offers 24/7 security guards and cameras throughout the complex for your safety. Bring your bikes and lock them up in secure monitored gated area.

Ive been coming down the shore since I was born and have lots of childhood memories to talk about. We purchased this property to provide families with lots of continued memories and fun. Our hope is that you will treat our condo as your own and return each year in creating tradition with your family as our family continues to do.

We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

Wonderful vacation
We had a wonderful vacation and enjoyed our stay at this fantastic property tremendously. It is ideal for a family with small kids. On the quiet end of the boardwalk, easy access to the beach, amazing pool and patio area, very friendly staff and definitely walkable to most of the must-see Wildwood attractions. Check-in was seamless, apartment was very clean and Tina is a great host. Will definitely visit again.

Great place!
The condo is in a great location right on the boardwalk. Pool was amazing. The check in process was easy as well. The beds were not quite queens more like full size and were ok comfort wise. Key for back sliding door wasn’t working so when we went to the pool we had to leave the door open. Which was ok we felt safe but it would of been nice to have a key. Also there isn’t any beach items so we had to bring all of our stuff and store them in our car everyday because the garage storage is for the owners. Kids had a great time in the pool and on the beach. There was construction on the beach at the time but overall we had a blast.

It was an okay stay
unit 1009: The toilet bowl stopped working on day one and I had to fill up the tank with water all week. The bed in the room next to the bathroom must have been really old because it was very squeaky and lop-sided. Ice maker jammed a few times and light bulb out in kitchen. The renters before us must have been smokers cause the place smelled like cigarettes for a few days. The day of arrival I called the Security Guard and he said he was busy and to come find him in an hour for our parking pass. That would have been fine if he was actually busy. My son had walked over there before he knew I called and the guard was just sitting there on the phone with me. Same guard acted like a police officer at the pool. . Most annoying part of renting here was bringing your own sheets and bath towels unless you want to wake your family up at the break of dawn, go down the hall, pay for laundry machines, fold and put away everything before 10 am checkout!! I stay at condo's 2-3 times a year and I have never heard of such a ridiculous rule before ever. Besides all this, the outside premises, pool/jacuzzi/sun deck was really nice.

Great stay with kids!
This condo is a wonderful place to stay with children. Being on the first floor made it easy access to the pool and allowed us to have meals outside on the patio. The kids loved it! The property owner was quick to reply to all questions and available at all times.
Being located on the boardwalk was also another perk. We expected it to be noisy, but it was not at all. We also felt extremely safe with everywhere needing a key to enter and security present at all times.
I highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay with your family.
The only thing misleading on the listing is you really don’t have a view of the ocean or boardwalk because you are on the first floor. This didn’t make a huge difference to us, as being on the first floor was extremely convenient.

Absolutely Perfect!!!
This was our first time in wildwood but it won’t be our last!!! Our stay was flawless from beginning to end. Our condo was exactly as pictured and very well taken care of, and my grandchildren absolutely loved the pool!! Thank you Tina for a great family vacation!!! We will definitely be back again.
