Corner private unit is 750 Sq ft & largest in the complex with beds and sleeper sofa beds to accommodate 8 guests. Newly updated kitchen with new stainless dishwasher, smooth top stove/range and microwave. New side by side refrigerator with ice and filtered water on door. New quartz countertops and sink.
Featuring lovely large oceanside heated pool, 2nd floor sundeck, Large 750 square foot tastefully decorated 3rd floor condo with all the comforts of home. Queen bed, 2 single beds, plus double & queen size sofa beds, sleeps 6-8. 1st floor bright coin-op laundry room with 3 washers & 3 dryers near pool entrance. 2 gas grills with outdoor dining area next to pool. Traditional 12cup Mr Coffee and Keurig coffee makers & grinder, Foreman grill, blender, 3 HiDef TVs & DVD players, Blu-ray in living rm.
Off St. parking. Beach chairs available in owner storage area.

We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

My granddaughters and I absolutely loved the location. The condo was very clean and nicely laid out. Steps from the beach. The pool was great! Steve and Gayle were the perfect hosts. They welcomed us with kindness and made us feel right at home. Everything we needed was right there. Lovely place. I will definitely rent from them again. Great Place, Great Time!
My wife and I rented this gorgeous condo to celebrate her birthday. The unit is flawless. Beautifully decorated , comfortable furniture, impeccably clean, plenty of room, multiple TV's with blue rays and at a perfect location in North Wildwood directly across from the beach. The owners. Steve and Gayle, were welcoming and provided great communication and assistance. They are top notch, and I want to thank them for their hospitality. You can't go wrong renting from them. Our little getaway was remarkable.

Home away from home
Condo is perfect for any beach lover. The amenities are cozy and it’s like a little home away from home. I loved being right on the beach and having the pool as an option. I took Gayle’s recommendation and checked out the cape May zoo and it was a lovely way to spend the afternoon. Gayle was easy to contact and quick to respond. Such a special place. I highly recommend renting her condo and I’d love to rent from her again.
