Our condo is located just one short block from the beach on the corner of Ocean Ave. & E. Orchid Road. It's fully furnished, elevator, heated swimming pool and Grilling Area. Park your car in one of the two available covered parking spaces and enjoy your vacation at one of the world's largest and safest bathing beaches. The famous boardwalk in Wildwood with its amusement and water parks, is only a short distance away. We are 30 Minutes from Atlantic City and 10 Minutes away from historic Cape May. Just around the corner there is a park with a great playground for kids, a bike rental location, bike and walking path, places to eat and a new fitness park.
Here is everything you could want in a three-bedroom condo for a relaxing vacation at the Jersey Shore. This first floor unit (conveniently located close to both the elevator and the stairs) offers a view to the ocean from the deck. You will be pleasantly surprised by all the extras and special touches. There is an enclosed parking for two cars, a heated pool, BBQ grill area, storage closet (for chairs, umbrella, cooler, boogie boards, etc.), private covered balcony, fully equipped kitchen with Keurig coffee maker & Mr. Coffee brewer, Stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, dishwasher and full washer/dryer, plus cable TV and WiFi!
Everything you need is within walking distance: restaurants, bakery, deli, bike rentals, ice cream parlor, library, playground, basketball court and tennis court. The beautiful bay is just 3 blocks with amazing views of the sunset!
Three Bedrooms - Sleeps 8 people. Master bedroom - King bed with private full bath. Bedroom two - 2 Full Beds. Bedroom three - 2 Twin Beds. All bedrooms have bed spreads, night stand, dresser, TV, ceiling fan and alarm clocks. There is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room for additional sleeping.
Rentals are Saturday to Saturday during the prime summer months. Condo is also available for shorter rental times throughout the year for convention events and other off-season events such as festivals and shows minimum of 3 nights.
THIS CONDO IS AVAILABLE FOR RENTAL BY FAMILY GROUPS ONLY AND WILL NOT BE RENTED TO SINGLE ADULTS UNDER THE AGE OF 25.
NO 'SENIOR WEEK' NOR 'PROM' RENTALS.
NO smoking or pets are allowed.

Always a great week in Wildwood Crest
We have been renting this condo for many summers. We love the location, the building, and the condo itself. The owners are very helpful and easy to work with. The condo is roomy, well equipped, and very clean. We highly recommend this rental.
