Beautiful newly renovated waterfront home. Two bedrooms/two bathrooms. Sleeps 8 comfortably, however we do have a pull out sofa for extra room, if needed. One bedroom has private balcony overlooking bay. Huge deck over leading out to bay with grill, table for seating& furniture for sunbathing. WiFi and streaming services available. Must be 25 or older to book. **If interested in shorter stay during period of 7-nights required, please message me for possible exception**
