This pet free Condo is thoroughly cleaned per CDC guidelines between each rental. No human contact for entry. I supply the codes to get in the building and in the Condo once you pass thru the security gate. I have a NO hassle refund policy in the event ALL (4) pools are closed and the private Beach is Closed by the County or State. The Village is also following CDC safety guidelines for all common interior and exterior areas.
At the southernmost tip of Wildwood Crest NJ, just 3 miles from Cape May, is Diamond Beach. This area is truly a gem; it is very quiet and private. Within Diamond Beach is Seapointe Village. This 17 acre complex is gated, with 24 hr. security and is very private. You will feel like you are in a Caribbean resort.
Exterior of building just updated in 2019, including new windows and patio slider door in the condo. Condo rooms have also just been freshly painted. Hi Speed WiFi included (Mid May - Mid Sept.) New Master Tiled Shower and new Vanity installed recently. This condo is perfect for a family of 4 or 5 (2 Adults plus 2 or 3 kids).
It is a Very clean and comfortable one bedroom condo plus a den (which nicely serves as a second bedroom) with 2 full baths, a private elevated balcony, and first-floor convenience to the pool. This unit is in the Center Court building with the most fun and unique pool of the FOUR pools in the complex. This pool is especially fun for the kids, big and small.
In addition to the kiddie pool with water spraying from 4 different sources, the Centre Court pool is a three tiered pool with a tile slide connecting the second tier to the third tier. It is a short 5 minute walk through the complex until your toes are on the private beach of Seapointe Village.
All of the pools have hot tubs and BBQ grills. Also on the grounds are a gym, dry sauna, steam room, arcade/game room, 2 tennis courts, basketball court, playground, and a beautiful private beach with a deli hut that provides service to the pools. Call from your cell phone and order lunch to be delivered to you by the pool, you will feel like royalty. Due to COVID-19 some amenities may be closed or may close early or during the day for cleaning.
In the Master bedroom there is a queen-size bed. The family room couch also opens to a full-size bed. The Den is a multi-purpose room. It is great for the kids to use as a TV room/bedroom. They can watch their shows and then at bed time the Day Bed with Trundle offers 2 twin beds which can be pushed together if desired. This room gives the kids privacy and freedom. Of course the den can also be used by adults for sleeping as well. You need to bring your own linens for bedding or rent these from a company on the island, I provide you the info. There is a Queen in the Master BR, two twins in the den, and the sofa folds out to a Full Size.
There are 3 flat screen TV’s with dozens of cable channels in the Master Bedroom, the Den, and the Family Room. The Family room also has a DVD player. There is a small stereo and CD player in the family room. The Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. There is plenty of closet and drawer space for up to five people. There is a washer/dryer, central air, and two ceiling fans. You have your own private balcony with a small table, 3 chairs, and a reclining chair to enjoy the summer nights.
Various stores are a short 5 minute walk away for your morning coffee, bagel and newspaper and many other items. Also nearby are a Liquor/beer store, a Tavern, a fine Italian restaurant, a pizza/steak shop, and Miniature Golf. There is also a clothing/beach novelty store that sells everything you need for the beach. All of this is a 5 minute walk from the Centre Court building, just outside the back of the complex.
The outdoor Washington Street Mall Area of Cape May is 5 miles from Seapointe Village. You are just minutes by car from the Victorian splendor that the town of Cape May has to offer. Please visit the Cape May web site below for activities in the area. In addition, the exciting Wildwood Boardwalk and Piers are just minutes away by car. You can also take a trolley ride for a small fee to the boardwalk just a few blocks from Seapointe Village. Leave your car at Seapointe when you go to the boardwalk and do not worry about any parking hassles or expenses.
You can park one vehicle under my building with a parking tag that will be issued. If you have a second vehicle, it can be parked outside the back gate without a tag. One electronic gate card will be issued so that you can access the complex with your vehicle by swiping the card. All pool facilities are open from May to October. The indoor pool is open year round. Beach tags must be worn by all within the complex. You will not soon forget your time at this condo and at Seapointe Village.
No Pets allowed. No Smoking Allowed in unit or building. Smoking only allowed in designated areas in the Village.
Rates are subject to change at any time. Your rates are not final until booked. Security Deposit requirements can be lowered when it is a partial week rental. Contact the owner to discuss this.

We rented this property for a girls weekend. Property is very secure, clean, decorated well, centrally located and very close to beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It is also close to good restaurants and it was very safe to walk inside the property even in the night.
I would suggest the necessities like toilet paper, hand soap, paper towel and dish washing soap to be included for convenience. Also would suggest VRBO to clearly state that you will need a separate rental agreement with the owner and show the terms and conditions in that agreement up front as well. Owner is very upfront and clearly states all his rules however it would have been helpful to know those before paying for the booking just so we are reading all of the rules beforehand.

This was a great place for a family vacation. It’s in a great area with a lot of amenities. Teenagers could safely walk or ride bikes wherever they wanted to go. Right on the beach and walking distance from lots of restaurants. The condo is comfortable and has everything you need for a family vacation.

Seapointe Village was the perfect location for a fun and relaxing week in Diamond Beach! With 2 small children, our condo was the perfect location to be able to walk right out to the pool or take a 5 min walk and get to the beach. With being only a short drive over the bridge to Cape May we enjoyed lots of great restaurants and shopping as well.
