Policies
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

My daughters and I just stayed at this townhouse and it was great!
Dennis was great to work with. The place was spacious, clean, and in close proximity to any activity you may want to enjoy.

Great family vacation rental.
Our family of 7 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is spacious and the sofa bed in the downstairs family room was a great benefit. The space is clean and well appointed. There was a lot of space for everyone to spread out and relax.
The gate to the back yard space was really convenient for accessing the outdoor shower (complete with hot and cold water).
We had a great week and would definitely recommend the house to friends and family.

Amazing Stay!
Where do I begin... this place was just as pictured and it’s amazing! The pictures don’t do it justice and it’s much bigger then described. The cleanliness, the amenities did not disappoint. Check in was a lock box and it was so seamless. The owner had waters and ice for us to use which was a big plus!! The owner reached out to me the night before and made sure I knew he was available for any questions I may have. The hospitality was “spot on”and high class.. exactly what I’m used to. Property is in a great location.. literally down the block from the beach. My family and I will definitely be back to rent from Dennis!
