We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 30 days prior to arrival.

Great property and location
Our family had a great week celebrating my parent’s 50th anniversary. Property was comfortable for the 10 of us, in a great location close to the beach and boardwalk. I would highly recommend this area for Wildwood. Very nice street, and shorter walk to the ocean compared to more south like Wildwood Crest. We would definitely like to return here!

Great place
Location was great for kids in walking distance to just about everything. Beach is not extremely long on 23rd street compared to other streets. Plenty of room for the whole family.

Lovely condo
This condo was so nice. So close to the boardwalk and beach. Clean and spacious condo decorated so lovely. Plenty of room for the 8 of us (6 adults and 2 young children). The week just flew by. Owners were very easy to get in touch with and very nice. 5 stars for sure!!

Fabulous place!
Spacious condo with lots of seating in living area. Awesome balcony/porch. Very clean. Kitchen well appointed. Wonderful location. I would highly recommend to anyone. We hope to return.

Beautiful condo in ideal location
This beautiful condo was spacious and updated with modern furniture amenities. Suited perfectly for two families with small children. Beach entrance had showers and rinsing stations, and boardwalk was a stone's throw away. The garage had plenty of room for two large vehicles and beach supplies. Nice size front balcony deck with lounge chairs and table made it inviting to sit and hang out. The owner, Michael was very accommodating and responsive, which is very comforting. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location, beautiful condo.
Right next to the boardwalk and beach access. We walked everywhere. The condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The owner was available to answer all my questions, since this was my first time renting a home I had a lot! Kids loved the bunk beds and we loved the balcony. There's a unit above, so the balcony is shady and was our favorite place for meals. Highly recommend!

Fum week with family!
We had a wonderful week in the Quinns' vacation home - it was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was perfect; near to the boardwalk and ride piers, but not right on top of it all, so evenings were quieter. Being on the beach block was perfect, and Mike and his family provided amenities to make the walk to the beach as easy as possible - even with three kids and all their stuff! Mike was great to work with - communication was spot on. We had other family members staying nearby, and were able to spend time with them and then retreat back to our comfy condo for downtime. My 3 year old is still talking about the boardwalk six months later, and asking when we're going back - everyone enjoyed this vacation!

Perfect
This condo is perfect. Beautifuly decorated. We fit 5 adults and 5 kids 4 of which are teenagers. Plenty of room. The most comfortable beds we ever slept in. The kitchen is well stocked and having a washer and dryer is great so you don't have to over pack. The deck is nice to sit and have your morning coffee. Not a far walk to the beach steps from the boardwalk. We plan on renting for years to come.
