Description

This 3 bd/2 ba condo has direct beach access. Enjoy the ocean from the living room and bedroom. Large community pool, kids pool, grill and lounge area steps from your door. Bike rentals directly around the corner along with the perfect kids playground and splashpad. Enjoy the famous Wildwood Boardwalk just blocks away. Or take a scenic drive to Cape May and enjoy the sites, attractions, and local wineries, distilleries, and breweries along the way. Got little ones? We do too. We designed the double bunk room with single trundle bed to allow the kids to bunk together or spread out as needed. Kids cups, plates and cutlery are there for your littles as well. Enjoy the beach chairs, toys and accessories. There is on-site laundry just a few steps down the hall in our building.

Complete reconstruction of this building was completed in early 2022. Planation shutters to be added to the back bedroom windows for privacy late May.

Rentals are usually Saturday to Saturday during the summer months. Off-season rental days are flexible. Rentals are a minimum of 7 days in the summer season and a minimum of 3 days in the off season.

Access to the unit is by keyless entry. Access code will be provided one week before check-in.

1. No smoking anywhere in the condo, in the parking area, by the pool, or on the deck. This is a strictly non-smoking policy.
2. No feeding the seagulls and no grilling on the deck or in the parking area.
3. When not in use turn off the A/C, ceiling fans, lights, TVs, etc.
4. Maximum occupancy 11 people. No pets.
5. Only Cars, SUVs and pickup trucks allowed in the parking area. No vehicles larger than a panel truck (including no mobile homes, recreational vehicles, boats, or boat trailers).
6. Parking is permitted only in the parking spaces associated with the unit rented. No exceptions.
7. Trash, garbage, or other waste shall be kept in designated sanitary containers.
8. There are to be no clothes, sheets, blankets, or laundry to be hung or displayed on the balconies, decks, railings, outside of windows or placed on the outside windowsills, or walls.
9. No exterior loudspeakers other than as contained in portable radios or TV sets shall be permitted.
10. No noxious or offensive activity shall be carried on, in, or upon the common areas* or in any unit nor shall anything be done therein either willfully or negligently which may be or become an annoyance or nuisance to other residents of the condominium.
11. No immoral or unlawful use shall be made of any unit; and all laws, zoning ordinances and regulations of all governmental bodies having jurisdiction there over shall be observed.
12. The common areas* shall be used only for the furnishing of the services and facilities for which they are reasonably intended and suited and which are incident to the use and occupancy of the units.
a. No playing in the causeways, stairwells or parking area.
b. Dry off completely prior to entering the vestibule or elevator.
c. No throwing of rocks, debris, or any matter in the common areas*.
13. No bicycles, baby carriages, wagons or similar non-motorized vehicles or toys, nor mopeds, motorcycles or similar motorized vehicles shall be parked or otherwise left unattended in any common area*, except that a licensed motorcycle may be parked in any marked parking space. There shall be no obstruction of the common areas* nor shall anything be stored in or upon the common areas*.
14. No renter shall burn, chop or cut anything on or above the common areas*.
15. Property should be left in the same condition as it was found.

Just perfect!

What paradise! Your unit was just perfect for us. Great location, comfy-cozy accommodations. The entire complex was well planned with pool, patio deck, outdoor shower and of course the washers and dryers. All the neighbors were such fun, BBQ for the Fourth had us all on the deck, sharing, well, it was a party!

You spoiled us Megan! Beach front is the way to go as is the Crest. Such a family-friendly neighborhood.
