The Condo offers cable & WiFi, Smart LED TVs (one in Master bedroom too), with open floor plan for a home-away-from-home feel. Includes common laundry on site so you can pack light. Sunrise Park, a beautiful green space at beach entrance. Also a Fountain Park, Outdoor Fitness area, and bike rentals all 1 block away! LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION!

Weekly rental in season with 3-night min. during off-season. Access to the Condo is Keyless with your own private security code provided prior to your arrival. Linens and Towels are Not provided but there are several nearby rental places that deliver for all your needs.

The Heated Pool is sensational with reduced hours during off-season. Renters are required to be at least 25 years of age. There is “no smoking” allowed.

Wildwood Crest Vacation

The condo was in excellent shape, very clean with all amenities present & in working order.
I only have two points to bring up. I am wheelchair bound and informed the owner of this and was assured the condo and grounds were fully accessible. The condo itself most certainly was but the entry way was raised and I needed help to enter and exit the condo. Also access to the pool had a step that also required help to negotiate,

Unit #104 E,Orchid Ave. Wildwood crest N.J.

We stayed for one week in this condo right on the beach, it's a great location and very easy to access on the ground floor. We had 6 adults and it was very comfortable. Clean and nicely decorated.

Great Condo and Great Location

Everything about this condo was perfect. Close to pool, beach and boardwalk. It was very clean and well stocked. The kids loved being a few feet from the pool! Would definitely rent again!

My stay at wildwood

We would stay here the next time we go to wildwood it was very clean they had everything you needed to cook with and clean with my grandchildren and my children and us as well had a great time in the pool the house was like we were home very cozy and the beach is right there at night the ice cream truck comes around its a very nice place to stay

2022 Fireman's Convention

This was a nice and clean place to stay! It was nice being on the beach but even better having the pool right there. It was also convenient that this unit was on the 1st floor. The owners were very nice and available if needed for any questions or concerns!

Perfect little slice of heaven

We had a wonderful time staying in condo 104. The condo was located ocean front and on the first floor. It was very clean and had a very well equipped kitchen. The bedrooms were small but we only used them to sleep as we made full use of the heated pool and went to the beach every day. The owner couldn’t have been nicer and was easy to get a hold of to answer any questions we had about the condo. The pictures online are accurate and help paint a picture of what the condo looks like. I would definitely stay at condo 104 again, we had a lovely time!

The month of August !

My wife and i Spent a great 4 weeks in this condo located at the sands edge!. Well appointed and comfortable. The amenities for the facility were exceptional. Well maintained pool area and a large patio area with tables chairs and 3 barbecues for our use. We enjoyed our time and the people we met also vacationing in the condos.
