This single family home offers 4 bedrooms. The downstairs bedroom has a king bed and 3 upstairs bedrooms have queen beds Large closets in all bedrooms. 2 full brand new baths-one upstairs and one downstairs and a large outdoor shower with a dressing area. There is a large living room open to a brand new kitchen. The new kitchen boasts new cabinets, quartz countertop and new appliances. The kitchen table can seat 6 and the island can seat 4. The kitchen leads outside to a fenced in yard with a grill and a margaritaville bar. Sit on the front porch with a glass of wine and unwind after a day at the beach. There is driveway parking along with parking on the street. Walk 2 blocks to a private beach club with a restaurant and bar. 8 beach badges are included along with beach chairs. Happy hour and live music is always a good time. One block to ice cream and mini golf and a convenience store. Its a 10 minute drive to Wildwood boardwalk and we are right over the bridge to Cape May.

Policies
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

Perfect Beach House
Loved our stay in this beach house! It is exactly as described in the listing and more! The house is beautifully decorated and very clean. The layout is also very roomy. The house is equipped with everything you would need. The beds are very comfortable. The outside bar was also a nice place to relax. It is in a great location. A short walk, only two blocks from the beach. (The beach is beautiful!) It is so convenient to drive to Cape May or the boardwalk so you never run out of things to do. It’s in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. Last summer was our second time at this home and we are looking forward to returning!

Perfect Family House + Location!
My best friends and our families rented this house for a week in August the past two summers. We were six adults and five children (5 and under). The open floor plan of the first floor made it a great space to all gather to eat, play games, and watch TV. The backyard has a nice table and chairs, plus a tiki bar with bar stools that make it feel like you're really on vacation. The best part - the house is only two blocks from the beach! Included are passes to the private beach bar, where we had lunch almost daily and ended up going back to some nights for the live music. The house was spotless and owners were easy to work with. We can't wait to go back!

Stayed here last summer with 3 girlfriends & 2 of our kids for a relaxing reunion. This house is in the best location; only 2 blocks from the beach, a short distance from the wildwood boardwalk & just over the bridge from all that cape may has to offer! Very spacious and clean home. Large bedrooms and bathrooms. The grill & tiki bar in the backyard also made for fun, relaxing evenings without even having to leave the house! There is mini golf, ice cream & a huge playground just a block away which was great for the kids. Host was readily available for any questions through out our stay. Can’t wait to come back again soon!!

Amazing Family Spot
My family and I rented this cute beach home for the first time and were immediately impressed with the warmth and charm this beach home has to offer. More importantly it’s walking distance to diamond beach! For those who have not been there it’s a gorgeous wide family friendly beach that is super clean and has a fabulous beach bar only available to those with passes so it never gets obnoxiously crowded. If you are looking for the perfect Cape May getaway definitely rent this home out!
