- Complete, sign and return a rental agreement which I will provide to you with all details of the unit.
- The agreement will require a list of names and ages of guests staying during your dates - your name must appear.

Your $400 damage deposit will be returned to you in the week following checkout, assuming no damage occurred during your stay.

Once I receive this completed and signed agreement I will send you additional information on unit access as well as other general unit information that will make your stay and use of the unit more enjoyable.

Below is some basic information for the rental:
1. Check-in/Check-out
a. Check in is at 2PM on your SATURDAY arrival date
b. Check out is at 10AM on your SATURDAY departure date. Please stick to this time so the cleaners can ensure that the condo is in great shape for the next renters

2. Beach stuff
a. Please use and enjoy the beach equipment in the garage – just leave in good shape for the next renters to enjoy
Wildwood beaches are free – no tags are required!

3. Obtaining the key:
a. The key for the condo is in a lock box on the wall to the right of the unit's front door.
Unit B is at the top of the steps at Address 201 East Pine Avenue - up 2 flights of steps. The code for the lock box is provided in the month leading up to your stay, once rent is received in full.
b. The key opens the unit front door, both the knob lock and the deadbolt - nothing else.

NOTE: There are no longer any additional keys in the unit.


4. Parking:
a. You have 2 off-street parking spots included with the unit - they are in the garage/carport underneath the building. There are 6 spots on each side of the garage and unit 201 B has the middle 2 parking spots on the left side of the garage. DO NOT park, idle or stop anywhere but your parking spots when in the garage as it blocks others from moving and parking their vehicles. There is on street parking available as well, if needed.

5. Bedding & linens: please make sure to bring towels, sheets and pillow cases with you for your stay.
a. There is a king bed in the master; a full and a twin bed in each of the other two bedrooms. Also, there is a queen pull-out sleeper in the living room (if needed).
b. There is a stackable washer & dryer located in the condo – I have left some laundry soap, but can’t insure it will last the week.
c. Kitchen towels are in the condo already – just wash before you go so they are ready for next renter (or leave dirty ones in the washer when you leave).

6. Trash & recycle:
a. Please review the trash and recycling info on the refrigerator, Wildwood is very strict about this. The trash is sometimes picked up very early, so please put out the night before.


Wednesday – Trash and recycling (Tuesday night put out)

Saturday – Trash (Friday night put out)

b. The trash and recycling cans are in the garage and labeled for 201 B.
IMPORTANT – During the season additional trash and recycling pick-ups can be quite expensive. If you leave the week’s trash and recycling behind I will need to call for an additional pickup to be fair to the next renters – this will come out of your deposit. I would hate to have to do this so PLEASE remember to put the trash/recycling out per the schedule noted above.

PLEASE be sure to leave the refrigerator empty. An item or 2 is not an issue, but bottles, perishables and condiments left in the refrigerator create a lot of work for the cleaners and a lot of trash to be hauled out. A full refrigerator can also create the need for an additional trash pick-up – again, that would come out of your deposit.
To avoid a cleaning fee, please leave the condo (roughly) in the condition you found it.
There is an information sheet in the unit that explains some of the living details – the TV and some other general info.

NOTE: please be sure to:

- Keep the steps and walks free of items so your guests and downstairs tenants have a safe path to walk
- Due to Wildwood rules and the lack of outdoor/backyard space NO GRILLING is permitted.


Lastly, please make sure to replace the key in the lockbox and scramble the numbers when you leave.

$400 security deposit returned in the week after check out, assuming no damage.
