Description
The Oceans 7 Orchid Condominiums are a totally renovated condominium project completed in 2022 that offers incredible, beachfront ocean views from the living room, master bedroom and front porch. This first floor brand new unit is beachfront, with the front door being steps away from beach access and steps away from the pool entrance. This complex has a very large pool are with a kiddie pool area that will make your vacation complete.
Unit 101 offers three bedrooms, two full baths and will sleep a total of 8 persons. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, TV, closet, dresser, end table and full bath with a spacious stand up shower. It also has a sliding glass door that allows you to see the beach directly from the bedroom. The second bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed set with storage underneath, a dresser, TV and a closet. Bedroom three has a twin over full bunk bed set with storage underneath, a dresser and a TV. This unit also has a full bathroom with tub/shower in the main hallway.
This unit offers central air and heat, high speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV’s(3) and coin operated washer and dryers in the first-floor common area.
The fully stocked kitchen comes equipped with Quartz Countertops along with stainless steel full- sized appliances, garbage disposal and dishwasher. Also included is a blender, toaster oven, coffee maker, crock pot, plates, utensils, pots and pans and drinking glasses. There is a custom island with butcher block countertop and seating in the middle of the kitchen.
You must bring your own linens and towels. Mattress covers, pillows and comforters will be provided. Pack and Play for a small infant will also be provided as well as a mop, broom and hairdryers
Common area gas grills are available on the first floor next to the pool area.
Two assigned parking spots come with the rental.
Three beach chairs, beach cart, umbrellas and kids beach toys will also be provided in this units’ private storage area.
Peak rentals will be from Saturday to Saturday during the summer months.
Access to the unit will be by keyless entry. Access code will be provided prior to check-in.
The heated pool is open in the summer season (limited days and hours in May, early June and September).
As per HOA policies, no pets are allowed

Policies
CANCELLATION POLICY: Prior to 30 days of check-in date 50% refund will be provided of all monies received. Within 21 days of check in date a 25% refund will be given of all monies received. Within 72 hours of check-in date no refunds will be provided of all moneys received. No refunds will be provided for early check-outs, no shows, change of dates or weather related conditions.
AGE POLICY - we do not rent to young adults under the age of 25.
RATES - subject to change until reservation is confirmed. A one-time $175 cleaning fee will be added to your stay.
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
1. No smoking anywhere in the condo, in the parking area, by the pool, or on the deck. This is a strictly non-smoking policy.
2. Maximum occupancy 8 people. No pets.
3. Only Cars, SUVs and pickup trucks allowed in the parking area. No vehicles larger than a panel truck (including no mobile homes, recreational vehicles, boats, or boat trailers).
4. Parking is permitted only in the parking spaces associated with the unit rented. No exceptions.
5. Trash, garbage, or other waste shall be kept in designated sanitary containers.
6. There are to be no clothes, sheets, blankets, or laundry to be hung or displayed on the balconies, decks, railings, outside of windows or placed on the outside windowsills, or walls.
7. Property should be left in the same condition as it was found.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

Weekend getaway
You will not be disappointed with how much space and comfortability this condo offers. Two rooms with two full bed bunkbeds and twins on top and another master suite with a queen and a huge bathroom with walk-in shower. We love to cook and they had everything that we needed pots pans, knives, serving dishes banking sheets You name it it was there. Another huge plus is the grill outside. Had a wonderful dinner out on the patio with tables, chairs, umbrellas, and all. The two parking spots are easy accessible and just seconds away from the beach by foot! The couch and sofa chair are super comfortable in the living room with a beautiful TV plus TVs in every room. The island with four stools was so easy for hosting a dinner and serving everyone .They have an amazing little bike rental shop right next to the condos if you don’t want to lug all your stuff with you.

Great Condo!
The location is great, right on the beach. The pool area is nice and very well kept. The condo was clean and nicely decorated and has everything that you could need for a very comfortable stay! Wonderful time! The owner was very nice and accommodating! Can’t wait to go back next year!

Amazing stay
Just got back from one of the best vacations we have ever had at Kristin’s beachfront condo! I can’t say enough nice things about Kristin herself, so kind and helpful as well as communicative. Additionally, the condo was spotless. It had everything we needed, was steps from the beach and a gorgeous pool. We all had the best time, so much so that we even made our reservation there for next year!

Kristin's place is beautiful, clean, and in a great location. The pool was wonderful, and never crowded. The owners there really care and it shows. She's a great host and we can't wait to stay again!

Excellent place
First of all Kristen is the absolute nicest host and very helpful! She quickly answered all my texts and is just extremely friendly! I can’t say enough nice things about her! And the place was equally as nice! Perfect location, very clean and the perfect size for our family of five! We will definitely stay there again!

Great place at the shore
I rented Kristin’s condo for myself, my 82 year old mom and 81 year old aunt. It was a great spot for us. There was plenty of space, a fully stocked kitchen and really comfortable beds! I was pleasantly surprised that sleeping in a bottom bunk didn’t feel like a bottom bunk.
The pool was great, parking was easy and being right on the beach was fabulous! I highly recommend this condo for a visit to the Crest!

Home Away from Home
Condo was beautiful, fully stocked with everything you may need. On the beach, very clean, and convenient parking. Only wish the pool hours were longer. The week we were there, pool was only open from 10am to 6pm, which cuts out any evening swimming for my swim-crazy children. Communication with owner was fabulous, she was so responsive to every question. Particularly enjoyed the use of their beach cart to haul all our crap, it was nice not to have to bring one with us. Would definitely rent again!
