Description
The Oceans 7 Orchid Condominiums are a totally renovated condominium project completed in 2022 that offers incredible, beachfront ocean views from the living room, master bedroom and front porch. This first floor brand new unit is beachfront, with the front door being steps away from beach access and steps away from the pool entrance. This complex has a very large pool are with a kiddie pool area that will make your vacation complete.
Unit 101 offers three bedrooms, two full baths and will sleep a total of 8 persons. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, TV, closet, dresser, end table and full bath with a spacious stand up shower. It also has a sliding glass door that allows you to see the beach directly from the bedroom. The second bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed set with storage underneath, a dresser, TV and a closet. Bedroom three has a twin over full bunk bed set with storage underneath, a dresser and a TV. This unit also has a full bathroom with tub/shower in the main hallway.
This unit offers central air and heat, high speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV’s(3) and coin operated washer and dryers in the first-floor common area.
The fully stocked kitchen comes equipped with Quartz Countertops along with stainless steel full- sized appliances, garbage disposal and dishwasher. Also included is a blender, toaster oven, coffee maker, crock pot, plates, utensils, pots and pans and drinking glasses. There is a custom island with butcher block countertop and seating in the middle of the kitchen.
You must bring your own linens and towels. Mattress covers, pillows and comforters will be provided. Pack and Play for a small infant will also be provided as well as a mop, broom and hairdryers
Common area gas grills are available on the first floor next to the pool area.
Two assigned parking spots come with the rental.
Three beach chairs, beach cart, umbrellas and kids beach toys will also be provided in this units’ private storage area.
Peak rentals will be from Saturday to Saturday during the summer months.
Access to the unit will be by keyless entry. Access code will be provided prior to check-in.
The heated pool is open in the summer season (limited days and hours in May, early June and September).
As per HOA policies, no pets are allowed

Policies
CANCELLATION POLICY: Prior to 30 days of check-in date 50% refund will be provided of all monies received. Within 21 days of check in date a 25% refund will be given of all monies received. Within 72 hours of check-in date no refunds will be provided of all moneys received. No refunds will be provided for early check-outs, no shows, change of dates or weather related conditions.
AGE POLICY - we do not rent to young adults under the age of 25.
RATES - subject to change until reservation is confirmed. A one-time $175 cleaning fee will be added to your stay.
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
1. No smoking anywhere in the condo, in the parking area, by the pool, or on the deck. This is a strictly non-smoking policy.
2. Maximum occupancy 8 people. No pets.
3. Only Cars, SUVs and pickup trucks allowed in the parking area. No vehicles larger than a panel truck (including no mobile homes, recreational vehicles, boats, or boat trailers).
4. Parking is permitted only in the parking spaces associated with the unit rented. No exceptions.
5. Trash, garbage, or other waste shall be kept in designated sanitary containers.
6. There are to be no clothes, sheets, blankets, or laundry to be hung or displayed on the balconies, decks, railings, outside of windows or placed on the outside windowsills, or walls.
7. Property should be left in the same condition as it was found.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

Great stay!
Condo was beautiful! Plenty of room for our family, loads of amenities & supplies, very comfortable, and just a few steps to the beach and the pool. Kristin was great to work with. We booked several months in advance, she answered any & all of our questions along the way, was very accommodating, and was always very responsive. Will definitely book here again!

Awesome Condo !
We had a wonderful experience renting this condo. The unit itself is immaculate, everything is new, and the kitchen is very well stocked with everything you could possibly need! And you couldn’t possibly be any closer to the beach. It literally is steps from the unit. The pool was very nice. It was nice having a kiddie pool for the little ones also. GREAT STAY
We were very pleased with our condo stay . The description is accurate , and we were pleasantly surprised to find it as described and even had a few extra condiments , filters and supplies that nice people left behind . We can add a few things to the description since we left 5 boogie boards and a brand new basketball to the storage closet . Enjoy !

Prime location
We loved everything about this condo! Steps from the beach and pool. We had someone with mobility issues and it was so perfect being right next to the pool with no steps. Kristin is so helpful and responsive. The previous renters had turned the fridge up and froze the compressor so the fridge was warm when we arrived. Her husband was there within an hour to fix it and took all of our food to his fridge overnight, just in case. They go above and beyond!! It felt like renting from a friend. Highly recommend!!!

We absolutely loved this place! It was perfect! We had 2 adults and 4 kids and the layout of the rooms was perfect! Owners have been amazing since the day we signed the contract! Booking for next year for sure!!!

So Happy
Everything was amazing from booking through the end of our stay! Host was very helpful. The space was exactly as depicted in the photos and description. This condo is in an amazing location, it was perfect for our family those that love to be on the beach could spend as much time there as those that wanted to be in the pool could head back when they wanted too….no dirty looks from the teenagers when they were done with the beach they could just head back. Everyone in the complex was kind and considerate. I honestly can’t say enough great things about out stay! Thank you Kristin & family for a clean, comfortable & convenient place to enjoy some family time.

Excellent Condo and location for vacation!!
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed this absolutely beautiful beachfront condo. The pool was steps away from our unit. The condo is decorated so nice with a warm and relaxing beach vibe. The condo was steps away to the beach which was a plus! Everything was immaculately clean. Kristen, owner of the condo was so kind with hospitality on another level. The entire town of Wildwood lost power for approximately 6 hours due to a substation fire on July 7th and Kristen and her husband, owners were so helpful and there for us the entire time until power was restored. We all had an amazing time and the weather was perfect! We would definitely recommend and rent this condo again!! We appreciate owners who take pride in their properties.

Wonderful, Accessible Stay!
We had a wonderful time staying at this condo! Everything was very clean and well-maintained, and everything we could have needed was available to us in the kitchen. The pool was just steps from the front door, and easily viewable from the patio chairs right outside the primary bedroom. I traveled with my teenage niece and nephew, and my parents who are in their mid to late 70s. We needed a condo that was handicapped accessible for my dad, who uses a Rollator, and at times a wheelchair. Kristin‘s condo fit our needs perfectly – there was a ramp that made the condo easily reachable from the parking lot, and there were no transitions in doorways, or to the pool, that were more than 2 to 3 inches in height, making it very easy for folks using any accessibility/mobility devices, such as a wheelchair, etc. Within the condo itself, there were no transitions in the doorways, and the floor was smooth, and very easy for mobility. Additionally, Kristen was incredibly communicative, responding quickly to any questions we had. She even let us know that the island in the kitchen was on wheels, and if we wanted to, we could move it to make more room for the Rollator/wheelchair to maneuver around. All in all, this was an amazing stay in a beautiful condo, with a responsive and incredibly helpful owner. The public spaces (pool, beach access, laundry, storage, etc) were immaculate and well thought out. We would absolutely stay here again!
