Highly sought-after condominium complex with direct private access to the beach! This beautiful, spacious 2nd floor unit boasts ocean views overlooking the heated pool (with separate kiddie pool). Enjoy a cocktail on the large patio/picnic area adjacent to the over-sized beach front pool, along with gas cooking grills for your convenience. Rental includes a private (covered) parking space in the complex.
This beautifully decorated, meticulously clean condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen, stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops, toaster, blender, coffee maker, pots/pans, cooking utensils, silverware, dishes, wine glasses, with porcelain tile floors along with 2 full tiled bathrooms. The Condo offers cable & WiFi, three smart flat screen LED TVs (one in Master bedroom), with open floor plan for a home-away-from-home feel. Includes three laundry rooms on site ($1.00 per load) for those who like to pack lighter. Sunrise Park, Fountain Park, Outdoor Fitness area, and bike rentals all one block away!
Weekly rental in-season (June through August) with a 3-night min. during off-season (September through May). Access to the condo is keyless with your own private security code provided prior to your arrival. Linens and towels are not provided but there are several nearby rental services available for all your needs.
The heated pool is the largest one in the Crest and it is sensational! Renters are required to be at least 25 years of age. There is “no smoking” allowed in the complex or in the unit.
Condo features 3 Bedrooms with 4 beds plus a sofa sleeper: Master BR: w/ 1- Queen, 2nd BR: 1- Full, 3rd BR: 1 twin over 1 full bunk beds, LR: 1- Queen sofa sleeper. Sleeps 7! Linens and towels are not included. We can provide information on local companies that deliver to the unit prior to your arrival upon request.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Prior to 14 days of check-in date, 50% refund will be provided. Within 14 days of check-in date 25% refund. Within 72 hours of check-in date - No Refunds. No refunds will be provided for early check-outs, no shows, change of dates or weather related conditions.

We encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
1. No smoking anywhere in the condo, in the parking area, by the pool, or on the deck. This is a strictly non-smoking policy.
2. Maximum occupancy 7 people. No pets.
3. Only Cars, SUVs and pickup trucks are allowed in the parking area. No vehicles larger than a panel truck (including no mobile homes, recreational vehicles, boats, or boat trailers).
4. Parking is permitted only in the parking spaces associated with the unit rented. No exceptions.
5. Trash, garbage, or other waste shall be kept in designated sanitary containers.
6. There are to be no clothes, sheets, blankets, or laundry to be hung or displayed on the balconies, decks, railings, outside of windows or placed on the outside window sills, or walls.
7. No beach chairs will be stored inside the unit. A separate storage area will be provided.
8. Property should be left in the same condition as it was found.
9. The names and ages of all occupants must be provided as registered guests. Anyone not listed as a registered guest is not permitted to stay overnight or permitted to use common area facilities such as pool, grills or parking spaces.
10. Linens and Towels are Not provided, but there are several nearby rental locations for all your needs.
11. Laundry facilities are shared and located on each level. Do not leave laundry unattended.
12. Free WiFi is available in the unit. Password will be provided.
13. All TVs are WiFi smart TVs. Renters may log into their streaming service accounts at their leisure. Roku and HULU Live (for local channels) are provided. PLEASE DO NOT LOG OUT OF THESE ACCOUNTS.

Perfect in Every Way
Condo located right on the beach. Heated pool. Very short walk to a beautiful playground and splash pad for my 2 yr. old grandchild. The 'super' hosts, Erin and John, keep a meticulous vacation home to share and have all the necessary supplies on hand from beach chairs and umbrella to BBQ utensils which only makes your vacation a more comfortable stay. What more could we ask for? Except....we want to do this again it was so fun for our family

Impeccable location & condo
You truly can’t get better than this location and unit. The condo was immaculate and perfect for our family. Our entire stay was so seamless from check in to check out and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The building was beautifully renovated and the features such as the on-site laundry and elevator were priceless.We would absolutely return again and look forward to it!

Our first time staying here. Wonderful experience! Condo was immaculate, perfect amount of space for 4 adults and 2 young children. Location was perfect. Owners were so nice and very accommodating. Definitely will stay again next year!

Nothing beats Wildwood Crest beaches!!!
We've been Lampliter orphans the last few years & haven't been able to find a place with the right feel for us until NOW!!!! These condos are beautiful with plenty of space for our family of 5! They are well maintained & have everything you need. John & Erin are great hosts. We can't wait to go back next year.

Wonderful place to spend a week at the Jersey Shore
This condo unit is in a great location just off of the beach and not too far from the boardwalk. My family and I loved the fact that we could easily walk out and straight onto the beach. The place itself is perfect for a family of six.

Great condo for Wildwood vacation
After traveling to the Wildwoods over the past several years and staying in various places in the Crest. We decided to book a condo this summer and we weren't disappointed in our selection. John and Erin were exceptional host and the unit didn't disappoint. John was very helpful throughout the whole booking process and answered every single question we had. The unit was very clean when we checked in. We enjoyed swimming in the pool for most of our stay which was a plus for us. They have a storage area for your beach gear which makes it very convenient to make your trips to the beach. The proximity to the beach is very ideal. I spent many nights outside on their chairs relaxing and listening to the waves crash on the beach. The condo complex was very quiet at night which was what we were looking for during the process of looking for a place to stay. My wife and daughter were pleased with the condo as well and enjoyed our stay. I look forward to staying at this unit in the years to come.
