The Oceans 7 Orchid Condominiums are a renovated condominium project completed in 2022 that offers incredible beachfront Ocean views from the living room, kitchen, and oversized balcony. This new third-floor unit is beachfront, steps away from private beach access and the pool entrance. This complex has an elevator, an extensive pool area with a large main pool, a kiddie pool, and a grilling area with Weber grills that will complete your vacation. Unit 310 offers three bedrooms and two full baths and will sleep a total of 6 persons. The primary bedroom has a queen-size bed with large drawers for storage, a flat-screen Smart TV, closet systems, and an ensuite bath with a large shower and a spa-like feel. The 2nd bedroom has a full bed, a flat-screen Smart TV, and a roomy closet. The 3rd Bedroom has a flat-screen Smart TV, a trundle bed that converts to a queen-sized bed with storage underneath, a large dresser, and a roomy closet. This condo has a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo in the main hallway. The living room has tremendous natural light and an ocean view from all angles. It features comfy seating, modern furniture and decor, and a 60” flat-screen Smart TV. The condo offers a brand-new LG washer/dryer, central air and heat, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Roll away bed available. The gourmet kitchen has Quartz Countertops, a new Ceramic tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, garbage disposal and dishwasher. Also included are an Air Fryer, a Ninja blender, a Calphelon toaster, a Keurig coffee maker, plates, utensils, pots and pans, a panini press, a griddle, serving trays/bowls, plenty of cookware, wine and drinking glasses, and grilling tools. Large farm table seats 6.
Our Extra Large Corner Patio has plenty of seating to relax and enjoy the sunrise with a front-row seat or enjoy a cocktail at the end of the day on the beach. A cushioned couch, a set of club chairs, two high-top Adirondack chairs, a coffee table, and two accent tables are provided. Enter the beach from a private entrance and use our outdoor shower to rinse off. You must bring your own linens and towels. Pillows, protective pillow covers, blankets, and mattress covers will be provided. Three beach chairs, a beach cart, a beach umbrella and kids beach toys will also be provided in this unit’s private storage area.
Two assigned parking spots come with the rental. Peak rentals are from Saturday to Saturday during the Summer months. Minimum of 3 nights in off-peak season. The heated pool is open in the Summer season (limited days and hours in May, early June, and late September). Bike racks are available to store your bike at night.
Visit the famous Bike Shack, ride your bike down the paved bike path to our famous Wildwood Boardwalk, or stop at Sunrise Park for a beautiful playground, spray ground, and new exercise circuit. As per HOA policies, no pets are allowed, and smoking or vaping is prohibited throughout the property. Due to homeowner allergies, no animals are permitted.

Winter Reservations: A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. BALANCE DUE 30 DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK-IN or if less than 30 days until check-in, at the time of reservation. Check return fee of $50. CANCELLATION POLICY: Prior to 14 days of check-in date 50% refund. After 14 days before check-in - NO REFUND. Early check-outs - NO REFUND. No shows - NO REFUND. Change of dates - NO REFUND. Weather-related conditions - NO REFUNDS. AGE POLICY - we do not rent to young adults under the age of 25.

Perfection!
So lucky to have found the perfect rental for our family of 5. The unit is clean, spacious, and beautiful. We had everything we needed and were able to have family dinners every night. We were even able to BBQ. The pool is really nice and big! The view from the unit is spectacular. The location is perfect right on the beach!

Ocean 7 Orchid Condominium - Unit 310
This condo was a beautiful unit and meticulously maintained. The 3 bedrooms were adequately sized and roomy. The master bathroom was large and the shower was fantastic. The kitchen was well stocked. The patio was furnished with a sofa, two chairs and two tables, and the view of the beach and ocean was majestic.
The condo owner was extremely responsive to all of our questions and she was very accommodating to us.
We would highly recommend this condo to anyone. We had a great stay and hope to do so again in the near future.

Great condo!
What a great place this is! We’ve rented in Wildwood Crest for a number of years, always seeking an ocean view, a short walk to the beach and a comfortable, updated place to be inside in case of bad weather. We found it all here, and more! There’s a nice pool too, which we enjoyed when we wanted to take a break from the beach. The best part though, is their balcony with its comfy furniture! It has a wonderful view of the beach & ocean (pool too). We loved it and spent a lot of time out there. The owner was quick to respond to questions, and went out of her way to get something delivered that was missing from the condo. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have already booked again for next summer!

Beautiful condo and location
Our family stayed in this spectacular condo for a week and had the best time.
The condo is spacious, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, and living room. When you enter the unit, you are immediately transported by the gorgeous views of the ocean from the grand balcony sliding doors. We used the balcony routinely - coffee in the morning, relaxing at night. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans and other items and the living room had a stash of games for the family to use too. There were also three grills in the pool area for additional cooking needs. In addition to all the amenities to make it feel like home away from home, the unit was also pristine and beautifully decorated.
Located in Wildwood Crest, the unit is right near the park, bicycle rentals, and a very short walk down to the beach. The beach was clean and enjoyed by us all.
The kids had a great time going to the boardwalk every night and nearby restaurants and ice cream.
The owners are incredibly helpful and responsive, and provide a great information package to renters.
We can’t wait to go again next summer!

Beachfront Beautiful Penthouse
We have just returned home from a very fun time at this great location. The condo was roomy and nicely decorated. The covered balcony was enjoyed by all. Our family enjoyed the pool and the ocean that was so close! The beach is beautiful and well taken care of! The owners were always available and the tenants we met were friendly.

Excellent stay
Excellent stay in the best location in the Crest! Beach front, close to boardwalk, bike rentals and more. All you need in one spot. Condo was well furnished with everything you need. Will definitely be renting again.

Fabulous beach condo
My family of four had a great vacation here. The condo is spacious, clean, and comfortable. We loved being so close to the beach, and thoroughly enjoyed going between the beach and the pool, then heading to the boardwalk to spend a small fortune on games that ultimately led us to bring home entirely too many plushies. The kids loved setting up their boardwalk loot all over their room while waiting for the Monster Cone ice cream truck to make its late-night stop on the street by the condo.
This is a great location, too. Our kids took surf lessons twice, and the lesson location was just one block away. We could have walked to a couple restaurants (but didn’t, for various reasons that escape me now) and to a playground.

Excellent Experience
We (my husband, me & twin daughters) rented this Penthouse for our annual family vacation. This place was amazing! It had a huge ocean view back porch. It was so gorgeous in the mornings and evenings. The unit was very clean and was equipped with lots of items in the kitchen. Our girls loved the pool. They swam about every evening. We spent mornings and afternoons at the beach. You’re only a few steps away from the beach. They also had a storage unit with sand chairs, a cart, and sand toys that you could borrow for the beach. We had an amazing vacation and have booked again for our next year family beach trip.
I also wanted to add…the owners are so nice and helpful. Any question I had, they answered in a very timely manner. I highly recommend booking and staying at this unit!!!

Penthouse suite overlooking the ocean;
We fully concur with the extraordinarily positive reviews. This is an incredible penthouse. There’s only one other unit in the complex that has a private balcony this size overlooking the ocean.
The kitchen is modern and well-equipped. Several of the appliances had never been used before our arrival. On our last day, I noticed the air fryer was also brand new, and we didn’t even use it the entire week. I will be sure to try it this year.
Everything was in its original packaging. The entire kitchen was immaculate.
There is plenty of room to sit in the dining area, as well as in the living room. The unit is exceptionally bright, with huge windows and sliding glass doors facing the ocean, and is a corner unit, so windows are facing a second direction, as well. This made the unit very bright and airy,
The living room sectional was large and very comfortable. I asked the owner where she purchased the unit because it was such a relaxing and modern sectional.
We went to the beach every day and used the beach equipment generously provided by the owners. The equipment included a wagon, brand-new beach chairs, and even beach toys.
As others mentioned, the balcony is a real highlight. It’s a great place to drink coffee in the morning or to hang out all day. It’s high and overlooks both the ocean and the swimming pool.
In addition to going to the ocean every day, we also went to the pool every day. It was never very crowded, and the other tenants were friendly. There were at least two gas grills located poolside.
All in all, we could not have been happier with our stay. We asked the landlord to hold onto our security deposit and re-booked for the same week in 2023.
The owners appear to be very selective about their tenants, and once in, the owners put absolute trust in the tenants. Also, the owners were available to answer any questions during the week.
I almost hesitate to leave this glowing review because this gem will no longer remain a secret!

Could not be happier with this condo!
Came down for our usual beach vacation and was really pleased with our experience. The owners provided everything you could need from kitchen supplies to beach equipment. It was totally loaded. Rooms were a good size and everything was brand new. The outdoor balcony is HUGE and the furniture is very comfortable. A great place to sit with a cup of coffee in the morning. We walked just down past the pool deck to watch the Friday nite fireworks. It was a great location and the condo was pristine. The owners were very flexible with our check-in/out times and we can’t wait to come back next year. Definitely recommend renting!
