Description
This 4 bedroom, 3 full bath penthouse has stunning views and luxurious amenities, but it's the little things that truly set this rental apart. After visiting Wildwood for so many years of paying so much to rent bare bone units that were full of hassle and surcharges, we decided to do it better! All our rentals are specifically designed so that you can show up with clothes and a toothbrush and have everything you need. No more stuffing the car with beach needs and linens because it's all here waiting for you. Every detail has been considered to make your stay truly worry-free so you can begin relaxing immediately upon arrival. If you find during your stay we didn’t have it,let us know and we’ll add it to the list. We even went so far as to rent a beach box from the township so you can leave all your beach supplies on the beach. Just bring your snacks and drinks and you’re all set for a full beach day!
This penthouse unit is newer construction (completed April 2022) and includes two covered parking spaces. It features a wide open layout, including a massive gourmet kitchen with quartz countertops, breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, formal dining room seating, a generous living room with ample seating and electric fireplace, and a bright ocean view through wall-to-wall glass doors and windows.
Sleeping arrangements, comprised of luxurious plush top beds with memory foam pillows, include a master suite with a king bed and private bath, a second bedroom with a king bed and full bathroom across the hall, a third bedroom with two bunk beds (twin/twin and twin/full) and twin trundle, a fourth bedroom with one queen bed, with the third large full bathroom connecting the third and fourth bedrooms.
All bedrooms have bedside USB charging stations, provide plenty of storage space with closets, dressers and drawers, and the master bedroom includes a baby-changing station w/ pack n plays.
Extensive amenities include:
-Two covered assigned parking spots (in tandem front/back)
-All linens professionally cleaned: bed sheets, blankets, 10+ bath towels, 10+ beach towels, hand towels and wash cloths
-High end beds/pillows, with silver liners for additional cleanliness
-Max speed internet, premium Hulu+ subscription with live TV & premium channels and Disney +
-Bluetooth portable speaker
-Fully loaded kitchen with stainless steel appliances (fridge w/ freezer, dishwasher, microwave, stove), plenty of dishware, cups, pots/pans and utensils
-Accessory kitchen appliances include a keurig coffee machine, traditional 12-cup coffeemaker w/ glass caraffe, toaster, air fryer, blender, toaster oven, mixer, stocked spice rack, rice cooker, and more
-Paper sundries (paper towels, napkins, toilet paper)
-Kitchen storage wraps like tin foil, cling wrap, ziploc bags, etc…
-Full size washer/dryer laundry room in unit
-Iron and ironing board
-HEPA air filters throughout
-Wall mounted hair dryers in every bathroom
-Toiletries & bath sundries including bar soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, plus extra toiletries in case you forgot yours (razors/shaving cream/toothpaste/toothbrush, etc…)
-Infant amenities including changing table and “pack & play”
-Extra sunblock, aloe, extra kids’ sunglasses
-Beach equipment: 8+ beach chairs of varying types, 1+ beach umbrella, “cool cabanas” beach tent, 3+ body boards, pool noodles, extra child "swimmies", beach toys, and more
-Beach closet on 1st floor
-Private beach box ON THE BEACH rented from the city of Wildwood Crest (available between Memorial day through Labor Day). No more lugging beach supplies out and back every day!
-Massive ocean view balcony with picnic table and plenty of seating
- Outdoor gas grills (4 shared on pool patio)
**This unit is located on the 4th floor. There is elevator access to to the 3rd floor, and walk-up access from 3rd to 4th floor.

Policies
1. Rental includes two (2) parking spots that can fit two (2) standard cars or one (1) oversized vehicle. One additional street parking pass is provided which covers metered parking near the unit and Wildwood Crest.
2. Clean linens provided upon arrival, including: pillow cases, bed sheets, and bath towels. Clean beach towels are also available in the unit.
3. No smoking inside the unit
4. No pets are allowed on premise
5. High-speed internet and wi-fi is provided
**RENT RATES AND MINIMUM STAYS POSTED ARE NON-NEGOTIABLE**
A one-time cleaning fee of $300 is added to rent for all seasons. Rentals for a duration of seven (7) or more nights or at least six (6) months in advance may submit a 50% initial deposit to confirm reservation, with remaining balances due one (1) month prior to arrival. If the reservation is made more than 90 days before check-in date, $1,000 initial deposit is due to confirm the reservation, 50% of the rent balance is due three (3)
months prior, and the remaining balances due one (1) month prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
All cancellation requests must be submitted by email to [email protected]. If reservation is cancelled more than 30 calendar days from the reservation start date, all deposits and rents received will be fully refunded. If cancellation is less than 30 calendar day from reservation, a full deposit refund and 50% rent refund will will be provided. Cancellations within two weeks of reservation will receive a full deposit refund and 25% rent refund. No refunds will be provided for: cancellations within one-week of reservation start date, early check-outs, no shows, change of dates or weather related conditions.

Perfect getaway
Two families stayed in this home with tons of room to spare. This house had every single amenity you could need or want - it was like a home away from home. Communication and accommodations were A+. I would highly recommend staying here. We went down for the car show and Irish festival, which was tons of fun.

Wonderful stay- beautiful place
This condo was such a pleasant experience for me and my family. We stayed here for our son’s wedding week and could not have been happier. The condo is absolutely gorgeous and the view is spectacular.
Kitchen has EVERYTHING you could possibly need. Living area is spacious and so comfortable.
It was a blessing to have sheets and towels provided and the owners thought of every necessity
It was very easy to work with the management of the condo. Maritsa and Natasha were always quick to reply to any questions that we had
The pool is heated and there is a baby pool and lots of pool toys available
We would love to stay here again in the future, we felt very at home

Incredible Views and Space: The view from the property was the best in Wildwood, offering breathtaking scenery that we enjoyed every day. The space was generous, providing plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind.
Fully Equipped Kitchen: The kitchen was a dream, stocked with everything you could possibly need, including an air fryer. Whether cooking a full meal or preparing a quick snack, the kitchen had it all.
Comfort and Convenience: The linens were fresh and plush, adding to the comfort of our stay. Chargers were conveniently placed everywhere, ensuring our devices were always powered up. The washer and dryer, complete with detergent, were incredibly convenient and made our stay even more comfortable.

Gorgeous Penhouse
This penhouse in Wildwood Crest was beautiful. One of the best locations in WildWood Crest. Beautifully decorated and set up with everything you would need. You basically only need to bring yourself and your suitcase. The condo had so much room with its 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Kitchen and family room are huge. So well stocked with everything. Will definitely stay there again. Rent this beauty you won't be disappointed.
