Description
If you were looking for a new rental with the perfect location then your search is over. You’re walking distance to almost every thing whether it be the beach, boardwalk, bars/restaurants, Wildwood signs, Fox Park. This 3 bedroom 1.5 bath townhome will be the perfect spot to visit for a relaxing gateway with friends or family. Newly renovated kitchen and half bathroom, updated appliances, grill, patio furniture, etc.
Easy check-in with door code deadbolt which will be given hours before checkin. When you walk in to the left is the kitchen and washer dryer in the pantry. As well as the first bedroom with a single twin. There’s a new half bathroom located in this room as well. Then to the right is the family room with a tv and full size sofa bed.
When you walk up the steps to the second floor you’ll find to your right is the second bedroom with a queen bed and twin bunk bed. To the left you’ll find a full bathroom and the third bedroom with a full size bed.
Each bedroom has a tv with a fire stick and AC window units. Bed linens and towels are provided. Bringing extra bathroom towels is recommended.
There’s an outside patio and porch that’s fenced in with new patio furniture and a grill.
2 parking passes for Burk Ave are included which will allow you to park anywhere on the metered block.

RENTERS can only cancel their reservation in writing. If the RENTER cancels the reservation before the Check-in date, The OWNER will make every attempt to book another reservation for the same time period. If the Rental Property is re-booked at the same rate or greater, RENTER will receive a full refund of the amount paid minus a 15% service fee to re-list and rebook the property. If the Rental Property cannot be rebooked with a replacement reservation for the same time period, The OWNER shall be entitled to retain the booking TOTAL to cover any expense, loss or damage that The OWNER may suffer because of RENTER’S default hereunder.

AC Beerfest Stay
I won a weekend at this shore house at a raffle for a charity event. I decided to use this for the AC Beerfest and it was a great stay. The host was very communicative and had everything set up for me. Checking in and out was easy and the location is central to a lot. Mudhen's brewery and the boardwalk are close by. It was perfect for a weekend stay.

Can't beat the Location
This rental was perfect for its location to Convention Center.
Very short walk to boardwalk, beach and great restaurants.
The house itself is small but cute and it was comfortable for 2 adults, 2 children and a dog. It does share a wall with neighbors so we did hear them occasionally.
RJ, the host, is very nice, accommodating and super responsive. He definitely wants to make your stay as nice as possible.

Wildwood rental
RJ’s rental was exactly as pictured! The rooms were just enough space and having 2 bathrooms was nice! Also loved having the washer and dryer! The front yard space is perfect for relaxing and using the grill! Great place and look forward to coming back!

Great location!
We ended up having the max amount of guests (7) and it was a little crammed but that didn’t stop us from having an excellent time, and we weren’t looking for anything huge anyway. RJ was such an awesome and responsive host and gave us plenty of great recommendations of places to eat and things to do. I’ve never had a better host and i’ve stayed in plenty of Airbnb’s and such. The location is walking distance to plenty of great places to eat and the beach and boardwalk. The 2 parking passes that were provided were also very appreciated. I would most definitely stay here again!

Good location Wildwood Rental
Close to the beach and boardwalk, nice outdoor area with patio furniture and grill. Perfect location to restaurants and boardwalk. House is small but comfortable. We we were on the beach all day anyway so it didn't matter. Host is responsive and checks in if anything is needed. Overall a great stay in Wildwood!

Small but Cozy
The place was good for me and my 6 friends, so great how it’s right next to the beach. Host is very friendly and responsive. The place is small but the porch and location make up for it.
