Don’t worry, we have Xfinity cable TV by Comcast as well as high speed wireless internet so you can stay connected.
A DVD player with a selection of movies, board games for kids also available.

Bedroom #2: Newly constructed bedroom with a comforting atmosphere. Brand-new full-sized bed with twin on top. New ceiling fan/light fixture.
Bedroom #3: Newly painted, new Queen bed (1), dresser, end table, ceiling fan, and a wall mounted TV with Xfinity cable. Double panel large wall closet.
Bedroom #4: conveniently situated next to bedroom #2, this room provides a cozy atmosphere with a full-sized bed with twin overtop. Newly painted and new ceiling fan/light fixture.
ALL BEDROOM beds have a mattress cover and include a comforter. Due to COVID restrictions, we will not be providing towels, sheets or pillows on the beds. You are welcome to bring your own or go to wildwoodrentalsupply.com to order your linens and sheets.
Two full baths and one-half bath conveniently located off hallway.
Condo sleeps up to 10-12 people. PETS NOT ALLOWED, per HOA Bylaws
In addition to the deck off of the living room area, there is also a very large "common area" rooftop deck with views of the Ocean, the Bay and North Wildwood. Watch the Friday night fireworks (in season) or enjoy drinks with the family on this spacious rooftop deck. Furniture on the roof-top deck is NOT included with this rental. Feel free to bring up beach chairs which are conveniently located in the semi-private garage for use while enjoying the view from the roof-top.
There is a FULL SIZE Washer/Dryer in laundry room, iron and board also located in laundry room. An outdoor shower in the back of the building and storage in the semi-private garage, which holds one car inside and two cars on the driveway. Beach chairs are located in the garage.
GUEST ACCESS...
Enter through you own private entrance with a keyless pad. You will have full access throughout the condo and the semi-private garage area. There is also a second entrance through the back door, which leads to the outdoor shower in the back of the building.

During the week, children are welcome with an accompanying adult.
Saturday and Sunday GUESTS must be over 21 ONLY.

We haven't rented in years, but I'm so glad we did. Condo was in the perfect location for our family. Close to beaches, restaurants and night life, all in walking distance. Very clean, and had all of comforts of being at home. Danielle, the owner, was hands on for any questions and just to welcome us to her home. Couldn't of had a better experience. Parking pass for North Wildwood was such a added bonus.. I highly recommend this rental.

Overall everything was wonderful!
The place was very clean and kitchen was well stocked. Only thing I would suggest is the outside shower had hardly any pressure and we wanted to take showers before going inside and really couldn’t.

This place was everything we could ask for. It was close to the bars and close to the beach. The parking pass was great. The driveway was perfect. The beach chairs were awesome as well.

This was a perfect home away from home. From the second we walked in, the warm beach ambience greeted us. The perfectly decorated seashore finishes perfected the stay. Spacious and open concept, with the kitchen having all ammenities. 3 decorated bedrooms with
the perfect primary bedroom complete with an en suite. Sitting on the deck with an ocean view was the masterpiece of all. Every need was met, and the owner was wonderful and very accomadating to our every need. We will definitely stay here again aand have marked this as the best stay ever!
