OPEN FLOOR PLAN with living/kitchen/dining areas all together for family socializing. Walk out to the veranda, just off the living room with seating up to seven people. Views of the Ocean, Walnut Avenue and the Entertainment District.
ENTERTAINMENT/TECHNOLOGY - For inside entertainment, this unit features ROKU SMART WiFi connected LED TV located in the living room. Logon to your favorite streaming entertainment providers including Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Pandora and more or cast video from your mobile devices to these smart TV’s. Not that tech savvy? Don’t worry, we have Xfinity cable TV by Comcast as well as high speed wireless internet so you can stay connected.
A DVD player with a selection of movies, board games for kids also available.
Enjoy the FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN to cook your family meals. Spacious with plenty of cabinet space...Includes Keurig coffee maker, Crock Pot, Pots/Pans, 4-slot toaster, blender, Countertop Toaster Oven, baking sheets, mixing bowls, dishwasher, garbage disposal, side by side refrigerator with ice/water, microwave oven and plenty of dishes, silverware and reusable storage containers and a large island area.
EXTRA LARGE PRIMARY bedroom ensuite: Freshly painted bedroom and bathroom. King bed (1), ceiling fan and TV with Xfinity Cable. Two dressers, two end tables and area for hanging clothes and full-length mirror.
Bedroom #2: Newly constructed bedroom with a comforting atmosphere. Brand-new full-sized bed with twin on top. New ceiling fan/light fixture.
Bedroom #3: Newly painted, new Queen bed (1), dresser, end table, ceiling fan, and a wall mounted TV with Xfinity cable. Double panel large wall closet.
Bedroom #4: conveniently situated next to bedroom #2, this room provides a cozy atmosphere with a full-sized bed with twin overtop. Newly painted and new ceiling fan/light fixture.
ALL BEDROOM beds have a mattress cover and include a comforter. Due to COVID restrictions, we will not be providing towels, sheets or pillows on the beds. You are welcome to bring your own or go to wildwoodrentalsupply.com to order your linens and sheets.
Two full baths and one-half bath conveniently located off hallway.
Condo sleeps up to 10-12 people. PETS NOT ALLOWED, per HOA Bylaws
In addition to the deck off of the living room area, there is also a very large "common area" rooftop deck with views of the Ocean, the Bay and North Wildwood. Watch the Friday night fireworks (in season) or enjoy drinks with the family on this spacious rooftop deck. Furniture on the roof-top deck is NOT included with this rental. Feel free to bring up beach chairs which are conveniently located in the semi-private garage for use while enjoying the view from the roof-top.
There is a FULL SIZE Washer/Dryer in laundry room, iron and board also located in laundry room. An outdoor shower in the back of the building and storage in the semi-private garage, which holds one car inside and two cars on the driveway. Beach chairs are located in the garage.
GUEST ACCESS...
Enter through you own private entrance with a keyless pad. You will have full access throughout the condo and the semi-private garage area. There is also a second entrance through the back door, which leads to the outdoor shower in the back of the building.

During the week, children are welcome with an accompanying adult.
Saturday and Sunday GUESTS must be over 21 ONLY.
Hours are 11:00 am to Dusk
PLEASE NOTE: no outside food or beverage permitted. They are a liquored establishment as well as a restaurant and have servers available for ordering.
We take no responsibility while visiting the public pool and have no affiliation with Flip Flopz
OFF-STREET PARKING: Semi-private garage on premises holds up to three vehicles (including driveway).

Policies
-NO LARGE PARTIES, PLEASE. Families (and extended family)ONLY
- Minimum age of all occupying guests is 27 unless traveling with parents.
- Please leave “sandy” items in garage and WASH OFF in the outside shower.
- NO SMOKING INSIDE OR IN THE COMMON AREAS OF THE PROPERTY. Dispose of butts appropriately. There will be an additional fee if extra cleaning is required due to excessive mess left behind.
- Primary renters must be onsite throughout the duration of the stay.
- Please take trash out on trash days listed in Guest Information Binder.
- On day of departure, please take out trash, empty dishwasher, clean out refrigerator completely, wipe down the bathrooms and kitchen and all small appliances used and vacuum throughout.
- NO PROM, NO SENIOR WEEK, NO EXCEPTIONS. - We reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement of any renter who violates this rule or conducts any unlawful activity. (To parents renting for their children; it will not work with us…we will evict your children and file a claim against all parties involved). NO REFUND will be provided.
- Rental agreement with photo of valid government ID to be completed and submitted within 48 hours of booking.
- Renters must provide all bed linens, bed pillows, towels, paper products, garbage bags, laundry soap, supplies and all other necessities you may need. If there is anything else your family requires, just ask and we will try to accommodate.
- All guests are required to follow all city ordinances including no loud noise or music after 10:00 pm.
- Guests must remove all vehicles from property at the time of check-out to avoid being towed.
- Do not use other owners' property or furnishings during your stay.
**Cancellation Policy – All cancellations must be in writing. If the RENTER cancels the reservation before the Check-in date, The OWNER will make every attempt to book another reservation for the same time period. If the Rental Property is re-booked at the same rate or greater, RENTER will receive a full refund of the amount paid minus a 15% service fee to re-list and rebook the property.
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
We love to share our home with others looking to get away! This is our family home. Please respect our property and belongings. We ask that you leave it in the same condition as it was found. If left in unsatisfactory condition, up to $250 may be charged for any excessive cleaning needed by cleaning company. Please remember, this is not a hotel; this is our home, which we welcome to share with you.
NO PETS PLEASE, per HOA By-laws. Please do not inquire or try to bring a pet as you will be asked to leave and your rent and security deposit will be forfeited.
RATES - subject to change until reservation is confirmed.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
A 50% deposit of the total rental payment is due within 48 hours (VENMO) or 5 days (personal check) of making your reservation. The remaining 50% plus the refundable deposit will be due 6 weeks prior to arrival date.
Rental agreement must be completed and copy of photo ID submitted and returned once booking is confirmed. Agreement/ID must be completed/returned no more than 48 hours after received.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

Great Vacation
We haven't rented in years, but I'm so glad we did. Condo was in the perfect location for our family. Close to beaches, restaurants and night life, all in walking distance. Very clean, and had all of comforts of being at home. Danielle, the owner, was hands on for any questions and just to welcome us to her home. Couldn't of had a better experience. Parking pass for North Wildwood was such a added bonus.. I highly recommend this rental.

Week at the beach
Overall everything was wonderful!
The place was very clean and kitchen was well stocked. Only thing I would suggest is the outside shower had hardly any pressure and we wanted to take showers before going inside and really couldn’t.
Hopefully going back next year.

Awesome Place
This place was everything we could ask for. It was close to the bars and close to the beach. The parking pass was great. The driveway was perfect. The beach chairs were awesome as well.

Perfect haven in North wildwood
This was a perfect home away from home. From the second we walked in, the warm beach ambience greeted us. The perfectly decorated seashore finishes perfected the stay. Spacious and open concept, with the kitchen having all ammenities. 3 decorated bedrooms with
the perfect primary bedroom complete with an en suite. Sitting on the deck with an ocean view was the masterpiece of all. Every need was met, and the owner was wonderful and very accomadating to our every need. We will definitely stay here again aand have marked this as the best stay ever!

This place is beautiful! The pictures online do not do it justice. Comfortable, plenty of amenities and a perfect location. Danielle made the process very easy. and the neighbors were very friendly.
