NO PETS, NO Smoking, No Prom, NO Senior Week. NO EXCEPTION. Must be over 30 to rent. This is a family home please care for it as such. We reserve the right to Terminate the rental agreement of any renter who violates this rule or conducts any unlawful activity.
NO REFUND will be provided. However, if we find a replacement, a refund can be issued with 15% less for admin fee.

Nice vacations
a very comfortable condo for the family, everything is there, games, chairs, parasol, it is well located a few steps from the beach and a beautiful park. The owners are very available. We loved it.

Great condo !
My family and I stayed here for a week in July. The condo was perfect, very clean and spacious for our group of 6! The condo was stocked with everything we needed. It was cozy and clean, and the beds were comfortable. Location is great - a close walk to the beach, only a block away. Also a close drive into Cape May. We utilized the pool and the grill multiple days, which was super convenient! The condo came with 2 parking spots and also stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, and a wagon which was all so helpful for our beach days ! Jennifer was great to communicate with, super friendly and quick to respond . We would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again!

Such a gem!
We absolutely loved our stay! The space is super clean, calm, quiet and delightfully decorated. So many beach condos are musty and tacky and this was nothing of the sort. The amenities were spot on, updated and modern, and everything we needed to know was perfectly outlined for us. I especially loved having my coffee on the porch in the morning and stretching out in the shade.
Proximity to the beach was a huge bonus too, just a short stroll. The beach itself is also gorgeous, clean and very chill. The sand is so fine, and we saw dolphins every day of our stay!
I can't recommend this spot enough. We will definitely be returning each summer as long as there's availability! Which I assume will become even more limited as people discover it.
Thanks for a memorable trip we won't soon forget.

Perfect For Us
We enjoyed our stay at 103 By the Sea! The condo was cozy and clean - making it feel like home. The layout was great for extended family as the grandparents had their own room and bath and the kids’ room is far enough from the living room that adults can stay up and not worry about waking anyone. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We can’t wait to come back!

Bye the sea
Do not hesitate to rent this unit, Clean, quiet and steps to the beach. We are having so much fun trying all the local eateries. I've been coming down here since I was 5 yrs old we always stayed in the Crest and honestly this is bye far the best of the best! The owners go above and beyond to make your stay so wonderful with all so many things included coffee, toiletries just so gracious. We will be back many times for sure. A win win!!!

Great Location
My wife and I have been taking our grandkids to the wildwood area for the past eight years. We live on Long Island and have access to great beaches at Fire Island. However, the Wildwood area offers a lot more to do within a lovely beach environment. My wife also is a former resident of North Wildwood from 1976 until 1990. So, we’ve stayed at different hotels in North Wildwood and in the Crest. This year we decided to try a condo rental and stay for a whole week. Well, we lucked out and found a wonderful condo at “103 by the Sea” in Wildwood Crest. The condo was beautifully decorated and had all the necessities that anyone would need. The pool is nice to take a dip, when you come back from the beach. The owner was very accommodating and helpful and answered any questions I had. Although our grandkids are getting older now, they had a blast. I highly recommend staying at “103 by the Sea”.

Wonderful experience at 103 By the Sea
My family had such a great experience at 103 by the sea. The place is very clean and organized, and had everything we could ask for and more. It was such a plus to have beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and toys for our family and to not have to lug them from home. Jen was always very communicative throughout the process and very easy to get in touch with. It was a short walk to the beach, and the saltwater pool was a nice alternative to the ocean some days. It’s in a great location, quiet, and everyone is very friendly. I would highly recommend staying here for your beach vacation!

Amazing week down the shore
I’m so happy I found 103 By the Sea and decided to book it for our annual family vacation down the shore. I felt like home the minute we walked in; bright, clean and very comfortable. My granddaughters loved it, they are 2 1/2 and 1; the 2 1/2 year old doesn’t want to leave and said she loves it at the beach house. I’ll definitely be booking for next year.
