Description
Location, location, location!!! This is a recently renovated unit with spectacular unobstructed views of the beach and Atlantic Ocean. To complement the priceless views, we designed the space to make your family vacation as relaxing and memorable as possible. The unit has central air conditioning, a living area, two bedrooms, a full kitchen, and one full bathroom with a shower in the bathtub.
The front bedroom has a hotel feel with one queen size bed, a built-in open closet with ample space to hang and store your clothes. The built-in headboard has individual lamps with gooseneck reading lights and USB outlets to charge your electronics. This bedroom has a ceiling fan, a 50” HD SmartTV that comes preprogramed with YouTubeTV and a DVD player.
The back bedroom sleeps 6 and has a full sized bed, full sized bunkbeds, a five draw dresser for clothes storage, and a wall mounted 43” HD SmartTV.
In the living area, there is a queen size pull out sofa bed, love seat, end and coffee tables. It has a ceiling fan, a 55” HD SmartTV preprogramed with YouTubeTV, DVD player, and a Bluetooth sound bar.
The unit has a galley type kitchen with a unique surfboard dining table and stools. The condo has a refrigerator, microwave, 4 burner stove, Keurig and drip coffee makers, toaster, pots, pans, dishes, grilling utensils, and more.
There is a heated community pool located just below the unit.
The building is equipped with wifi and cable TV service.
The complex provides gas grills and tables for outdoor eating. There is a laundry facility on premise with a coin-operated washer and dryer. There is an outdoor shower by the pool and a hose to rinse off your feet at the bottom of the steps.

Guests MUST provide their own linens (queen sheet set for the front bedroom, three sets of full sheets for the back bedroom, dish towels, bath towels, and beach towels) and comforters/blankets. You will need another set of full sheets and a comforter if you want to use the pullout couch.
Additionally, we have removed blankets and comforters. We can not guarantee that these items are laundered between guests. We did leave four pillows on each bed and have placed protective covers on each pillow. We have purchased new mattress pads for both the queen bed in the bedroom and the queen sofa sleeper in the living room. We have left hot pads. Not certain guests would think to bring these items, and we wanted to ensure you could cook safely.
