Description
Enjoy this beachy second-floor condo in desirable North Wildwood. This rental offers a spacious living room which is perfect for family gatherings, floor-to-ceiling windows for lots of natural light, and an end-unit location for added privacy. The interior features shiplap accents in tones of Coastal-white and Stonewashed-slate, adding character and warmth to this living space. USB outlets are placed throughout for easy charging of electronic devices. Air conditioning is available throughout the living spaces.
The dining area seamlessly connects to the kitchen with a charming brick surround that fills the space with rich earthy tones of deep red and warm brown. A snack bar equipped with power and light overlooks the living room, offering extra seating or a compact workspace.
The kitchen prep area features illuminated floating shelves over a subway tile backsplash for an airy and luminous space. A two-burner electric stove, full-sized fridge and all the essential small appliances, including a Keurig coffee maker, render this kitchen both practical and distinctive. It comes complete with cookware, dinnerware, and utensils.
Sleeping quarters are furnished with new R&F beds for a solid and comfortable rest. The front bedroom accommodates two guests with a queen bed, television, dresser, air conditioning, and bedside lamps with built-in USB charging ports. The rear bedroom is suitable for four guests and includes two queen beds, television, dresser, full bath, air conditioning and a pull-down ironing board and iron.
An additional full bathroom is located in the hallway on the way to the rear bedroom... both bathrooms provide the same amenities.
The Tuscany offers a friendly mix of owners and rental guests all enjoying the ambiance of North Wildwood. Unwind on either of the two sundecks after a day at the beach, enjoy a swim in the pool, or indulge in both. Socialize with fellow guests while cooking on one of the two outdoor grills, or experience the lively atmosphere at Owens Pub just a two-minute drive away.
This rental unit is situated on the second floor of a three-story building, featuring brightly lit common areas, an assigned parking space and only a five-minute walk to Wildwood's famous boardwalk.

Policies
If RENTER cancels the reservation PRIOR to 60 days of the check-in date, a full refund will be issued.
If RENTER cancels the reservation WITHIN 60 days of the check-in date, OWNER will make every attempt to book another reservation for the same time period. If the Rental Property is re-booked at the same rate or greater, RENTER will receive a full refund of the amount paid after the new renter of the re-booked property has checked-out. We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events. The 60 day window may increase for multi-week rentals.
Unauthorized occupants:
-- Inviting others to the Tuscany... including the pool area, from nearby rentals/locations is strictly prohibited and is strictly enforced.
-- Additional occupants is prohibited without owner approval.
Age restriction:
The primary renter (the person booking the rental) must be 25 years of age or older.
Rental must NOT be booked for another person in order to evade rental age restrictions. Primary renter promises to occupy the premises daily.
A 50% deposit is due at the time of reservation. The remaining balance and security deposit is due no later than 60 days prior to the check-in date, or no later than 90 days prior to the check-in date for multi-week reservations. If the remaining balance is not received and attempts to reach the RENTER by OWNER have failed, then the booking will be considered abandoned by RENTER and a refund may not occur. If the check-in date for a new booking is within the "balance due-by date" then payment in full is required.
Rental must not be booked for another person in order to evade rental age restrictions. Renter agrees to occupy the premises daily.

Best Location!
We loved our stay, the location is the best in our opinion. The condo is gorgeous, spacious and very clean. Usually you find condos bare of any decor, this was fully decorated - it made the space welcoming and you got the feel you were seaside even indoors :). Ed, was so easy to deal with and kept in touch throughout the rental process. We got a nice message the morning of check in and the day before check out - making sure we had a safe arrival and a safe drive home. The little things that mean a lot! The other residents are incredibly friendly and helpful, they made us feel right at home. This is one place we'd look to return to without a doubt. Thank you for making our family vacation amazing!

Had a great time!
We had a great time here. The property is exactly as the listing described. The communication between us and the owner was excellent. He gave me all the information I needed to know and always available for any questions I had. The beds were comfortable and the unit was very clean and updated. The condo is very cute. We had a very easy check in, hot water and cold air. The grounds were well kept and clean with a nice size pool. Would definitely stay here again.
