Description
Beach Bungalow, affectionately know as "The Stick of Butter". Four block walk to the beach and boardwalk. Two block Owens Pub and less than a mile from the bars, night clubs and restaurants on Old New Jersey Ave. We also have our front apartment available for a total of 4 bedrooms and 2 baths if rented together!

We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

Perfect for young children + a pet !
Family of five here! With three kids under 10 and two older dogs that have stayed here two years in a row. Beach/start of the boardwalk is about a 15 minute walk, a playground 2 blocks up and more than a handful of restaurants within very easy walking distance. Backyard is fully fenced (about a 5” gap under the gate if you have an escape artist) and plenty enough space for dogs to roam. Large outdoor shower makes clean up simple after a beach day. I am very pleased with this location and would happily stay here again.

Great location, very relaxing
My husband and I spent the week and my adult son joined us for a few days. We walked to a restaurant nearby on one evening. I walked to the supermarket. We also walked to another restaurant and down the sea wall to the gazebo at the point. We walked to the beach everyday and biked in the mornings. There is plenty of parking available. The apartment was everything we needed. The fenced in yard was a bonus and the cute back porch gave us a little extra space. Thank you for a wonderful stay. I would recommend this rental!
