Beach building at Sea Point Village Resort. This unit has one bedroom, one bath and two
additional queen size sofa beds which comfortably sleeps six people.
Sea Point Village is a family/couple-oriented resort in Wildwood Crest's Diamond Beach,
just 3 mi from Cape May and a 10-minute drive to Wildwood's boardwalk. It's an
exclusive, gated community set on 17 acres of beautifully landscaped oceanfront property
with its own private beach. 24-hour security is provided, this award-winning oceanfront
community offers top of the line accommodations and an endless array of recreational
amenities. There are 4 freeform shaped swimming pools, with one indoor pool, hot tubs,
waterfalls, kiddie pools, tennis courts, bocce ball, and a playground just to name a few.
With the lush landscaping, and numerous waterfalls and features, you will feel like you are
in a Caribbean resort.
We welcome you to our seashore condo which has a beautifully appointed, and spacious
kitchen. There is counter seating as well as a dining room table which seats six. The living
room features a large comfortable sectional couch that has a queen pull out bed as well
as a flat screen TV with cable and complimentary wifi.
Master bedroom has a queen size bed as well as a queen-size pull-out bed. This room
also features a flat screen TV with cable. Direct access to the spacious full bathroom with
a tub/shower.
A highlight of this condo is It features a private walk out patio, which has a full patio set
that seat 6. It is accessed from the bedroom as well as the living room! You can sit and
enjoy your morning coffee on the patio with privacy. Once you are ready for the day, you
can walk right out your sliding doors and enjoy the large oceanfront pool. Or maybe, enjoy
the kiddie pool with water spraying from four different sources. Or just a short walk off
your patio and your toes are in the sand on the private beach of Sea Point Village.
Other notables on the grounds are a gym, dry sauna, steam room, arcade/game room,
tennis courts, basketball court, and playground.
You are provided one gated parking spot in the garage. All guests will be required to wear
a Seapoint bracelet (provided) while on the premises including at our private beach.

CANCELLATIONS - RENTERS can only cancel their reservation in writing. If the RENTER cancels the reservation before the Check-in date, The OWNER will make every attempt to book another reservation for the same time period. If the Rental Property is re-booked at the same rate or greater, RENTER will receive a full refund of the amount paid minus the $125 non refundable booking fee and $150 cancellation fee.
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events. The more notice the better!

A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 60 days prior to arrival.
