This original North Wildwood cottage has been expanded and renovated featuring a beautiful new kitchen with White Cabinets, new stainless appliances, and quartz counter tops. The home has 4 bedrooms+ loft -2 Queen & 5 Full beds. *Comfortable sleeping for 10 guests. *Private main bedroom with private bath. *Awesome porch with 2 rocking chairs and a full size sofa. *Laundry room with new washer & dryer and a beverage fridge. *Backyard features a patio with a table and chairs, an outdoor shower and a private shed to store your bikes, beach chairs, etc. *All mattresses are new- all bedrooms have SmartTv's. The Beach & Boardwalk are located about 4.5 Blocks (top of the street). Close proximity to The Seaport Pier & Surfside Pier (top of the street) Located close to many shops and restaurants (Acme, Salty Mermaid, Bagel Depot, Sand Jam, Shoobie's, Jersey Joe's Waffle House, Sam's Pizza & Santucci's) all in walking distance. Allen Recreational Park is 1 block away. The park has a basketball court, skateboard park, tennis and pickleball courts along with a new playground. It is also a nice spot to catch a sunset. Please note the following: *Renters supply their own sheets, towels. *The home will be professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. *Parking is on the street *This is a non smoking property * No pets *No Groups *Must be 25+ to book. 10 guests max-no exceptions.

Perfect Wildwood beach house
Great house, really nice back yard, walking distance to everything. Very clean and comfortable. Would stay again in a heartbeat!!

Great beach getaway, a home away from home
More spacious than it appears in the photos, tastefully modern, bright and cheery. You are 5 blocks from the beach, a 15-minute walk - we used a cart and beach chairs from the shed. Highlights included: The backyard space with gas grill and comfy seating; outdoor shower to wash off after the beach; front porch - great for morning coffee and greeting friendly neighbors, including Ludacris, the old neighborhood cat, who might stop by in the a.m. to see who's visiting. Also a huge perk: A block away is a shopping plaza that includes Acme, CVS, a Bagel restaurant with really good in-house-made bagels, a nail salon, a dollar store and a liquor/beer/wine store. This makes it easy to hunker down and feel at home if you want to stay in. But there are also plenty of dine-out options nearby/within walking distance, aside from the boardwalk. We loved the hand-press juicer - great for morning OJ or evening Moscow mules. A storage cubby next to the washer/dryer is well-stocked with just about anything you might need (or forgot) - including sheets and towels. The upstairs master bedroom is lovely - took us a minute to find the set of sheets big enough for the oversized mattress (beds are "made" with covers but you will make your own bed. Some of the group thought beds should already be made but after reviewing previous comments, it appears the system is designed so that you know your sheets are clean and fresh. For our family vacation this was a big win. Highly recommend.

Great updated house!
There were 10 of us and we had plenty of room and space for everyone to spread out. The backyard with seating for everyone was great! While the walk to the boardwalk was about 10-15 minutes, it was very do-able! Michelle was very quick with her responses and great to work with.
We were aware going into shore house that we needed to bring sheets for the beds, but do remember to bring hand towels for bathrooms and the kitchen.
Overall we had a great time!

Amazing property
This property has been done very well, from the pick of vanities, appliance and furniture to all the decorations. The layout is cozy yet functional. Everything seems brand new. Walk distance to the grocery store, CVS and restaurant. Finding street parking is not a problem. We absolutely enjoying our stay here.
A couple of things that might further improve the experience of future guests:
1. The location of lockbox could've been further specified. It was not on the front or back door, but at the railing to the right of the front porch. We were able to locate it within a couple of minutes, but it was a stressful couple of minutes running around the property with all the luggage outside and kids not able to get in.
2. The shower curtain of the first floor bath doesn't slide. Because the hooks are too small for the rod. (Good quality of curtain, hooks, and rod though. )
3. We were informed about the dryer not working just prior to arrival, and were told to use the clothes line instead. However, the back door that leading to the backyard (where the clothes line is) doesn't open. So we had to go around using the front door carrying all the laundry.
4. The bedding on the bunker bed had a dusty smell. The ceiling fan over the bunker bed could be a safety hazard. I would remove the fan if it's my own property.
5. The toilet paper provided unfortunately is the cheap kind. I would either not providing toilet paper making that clear to guests, or provide something with at least average quality.
Other than these above, the place is just flawless. All the plumbing fixtures are high quality. It's absolutely an achievement to put together a house like this. The property owner accommodated our check-in that were a bit earlier than 4pm. We were not sure whether we needed to take out trash on Tuesday night as we were leaving on Wednesday, and found that had been taken care of when coming back. Everything we were looking for
It was a great experience. We wish we could have stayed longer. Close to everything. We had 2 cars for a group of 10. Parking was a little tricky at times but not inconvenient. Enjoyed time with the family grilling and hanging out in the backyard.
