Policies
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
Note: Copy of drivers license required from primary renter.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and rental damage protection insurance will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

Great stay with great property
Very nice unit, as described in listing. Some consumables provided and check-in was easy. Communication with owner was great.

Cute property with easy access to the beach
This was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children - ages 5 & 2). It was very clean, nicely decorated, and recently renovated. The owner left a binder with a lot of helpful information. The other owners on the property were also extremely friendly.
The condo had a nice view of the ocean and you could walk right to the beach. The beach was very clean and great for kids.
There was also a pool right on the property which my kids loved.
