Plenty of room for friends and family at this beautiful top floor unit just a short 3 block walk to the beach, boardwalk, and Wildwood Convention Center. Close to several of the most popular restaurants & bars and located next to mini golf and ice cream!
Offering 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a large covered patio deck. Catch views of the sunset and fireworks in the summer! Parking for 1 car in the garage plus 1 more driveway spot. Additional street parking is free. There is a rear picnic area with an outdoor shower & hose to clean off after a day at the beach. All of the bedrooms have a large closet & ceiling fan. The main bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom and dresser set. A pack 'n play crib is available for babies.
Wireless internet is included and the living room has a 55" TV with all streaming cable channels. Great for young kids including lots of toys, games and books. The dining table has 6 chairs and a child booster seat is available. The kitchen island has 4 stools. Plenty of dishes, utensils, cups, pots & pans and kids dishes to accommodate all. Toaster oven, coffee maker, large refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, washer/dryer in unit. Basic toiletries are included.
**EXCLUSIONS**: You must bring your own bed sheets & bath towels as they are not provided. Alternatively, there are several nearby local linen rental companies.
**ACCESS**: Door keypad codes will be messaged to you a few days prior to your stay. Please note that the unit is on the top floor so there are 2 flights of stairs in order to enter. The entire condo is accessible with exception of locked closet & garage storage area.
**ELIGIBILITY**: No groups under the age of 25 - No proms, senior weeks, spring break, etc. and reservations signed for by parents of these groups are also prohibited.

We would definitely stay again.
We were very happy with our stay. The property was extremely clean and well kept. Great location - within walking distance to boardwalk, convention center, and restaurants.
