Policies
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 3 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 30 days prior to arrival.

Will not rent here again
The location is phenomenal and the house was spacious and clean when we arrived. It does have weird things like the bathroom doors that don’t stay closed. The propane tank was empty the first night we went to grill so had to go pick one up. Not really a big deal. But after we concluded our week all communication with the realtor was cut off. She has not responded to multiple inquiries regarding our security deposit refund. Based on the other review listed I’m guessing this is the “norm” for this property. $250 is a sad reason to lose a potentially repeat renter. We also took a dated and time stamped video of the property when we left to have proof of the condition in which we left the house.

DONT RENT FROM THIS OWNER
My family and I stayed at this house may 23-28 and when we arrived the house inside and out was trashed. Half of the appliances including but not limited to the fridge, couch, outside shower, washer, dryer, and both bathroom doors were broken as well. When we voiced our concerns to the property manager she said how embarrassing it was and that she was sorry but nothing was ever fixed. On the last day i requested a partial refund since my family and I just weren’t happy with how much we couldn’t use and the price we paid and not only did they say no but they said that after we had left the house was trashed. We left that house cleaner than when we checked in and they have since not gave us our security deposit back and have stopped responding to emails. We were scammed and we are very unhappy with what happened and don’t want another family to go through the same thing.
